I got to see Tammi's Alyssa dance in her ballet recital (for the end of summer camp) and she was really QUITE good!

Then I made Bob take me to tea at the cutest tea room here in the 'Burg. In thanks for him sitting through that I took him to one of our favorite watering holes:

Don't know yet! I am also thinking about grilling out here at home, so they are not giving it a lot of thought right now. Are you with or without kids this weekend? We are talking about going to Potomac Point Winery tomorrow for lunch a special tasting with the winemaker! PotomacPointWinery

I was going to ask about Heidi too... but I remember she was having MAJOR issues with her internet access and was about fed up. Maybe she ditched us.

My best friend's (Jan) daughter just got married. It was beautiful. My other best friend, DeDe, came down with Chuck & I. DeDe said she brought lots of kleenex and I thought she was silly since they aren't her girls. Well, I started crying when the music started playing before the ceremony. It didn't help that Jan was crying and I so badly wanted to tell her it would be ok. We have 2 hours to kill in Green Bay waiting for the reception. I had to do something for work so set up my laptop. Thought I'd stop by here and say hi before shutting down.

I agree, but not having AC is not an option, and I refuse to put any more money into the old one, so it looks like we'll be staying value for our short trips, but that's ok. I was looking to rent points and try the Beach Club for October as it would only be around 46 points, maybe another trip.

I want to go shopping tomorrow. I'm ready to finally purchase my big screen tv and I need to get a new entertainment center to put it in/on. Also I want to price laminate flooring for 3 rooms. I want to put it in the foyer, dining/family/living room area, and up the stairs. I wonder where all this money is going to come from?

Well, if you change your mind we are headed there right after we pick Kristin up at work (12:30 or so) and we are eating lunch in their Bistro before the tasting. This place is one of the first wineries we tasted at the VA Wine Expo in Richmond in the winter! We liked their wine and said we needed to go there some day. Since it is in our county I decided tomorrow would be the day!

Hi everyone

Was having so much trouble loading the DIS that I was only checking in with the exchange board, as I had done a few and need to keep them updated.


Now for the bad news (yeah, yeah I know, gone all this time and I come back with bad news).
My mom's one sister went into the hospital as they found an aneurysm in her stomach, can't do anything for her as they also found she has lung cancer (no she never smoked) they have given her a year.


Hope everyone is well and no bad news too. and all around.
