The rumor is that ticket prices are going up in August. I ordered our APs online so we locked in the lower price.

Oh! I know what I wanted to tell you, Anne Marie... even though you are in NC you all are only about 10 miles closer to the OBX than we are! And the driving time looks to be about even. Pretty amazing, isn't it?

I ordered one kids' back in April, and I still need to get another. Mine doesn't expire until December.

I am off to pick up DD Kristin and her friend Ashley for the second day of my birthday celebration. We are headed here for lunch at their Bistro and then a personal wine tasting event with their winemaker. I am a lucky lady!

I guess I should be happy. The airfare that I bought 5 days ago is up $100 per ticket. And the SW flight that I kept watching to see if it would go down has gone up $10.

That's just too fun! I love how several times they are dancing in the streets of the park and not a single person in the shot is looking at them like they're doing anything out of the ordinary.

Sounds like Chase's new pet phrase would fit well right about now...


"Boring, boring, boring."

We have no idea what started her saying that, but she does fairly often. Sometimes randomly, sometimes in response to something someone else says. The best example was yesterday when she was apparently running around with her shorts on her head. Kristi asked suggested that she put them on her body where they go. Chase's response: "Boring, boring, boring." There's a perfect eye roll, sagging shoulders look that goes with it too. It's priceless.

I want the gig he's got. Stride discovered his original video and then paid him to travel around the world more then once to record him dancing.

Well, I clicked to watch the video and it wasn't buffering right so I clicked out of it. Somehow that lead to me discovering that NOTHING is buffering properly, and my speakers on the desktop are really static-y. So obviously htere is some issue with whatever program plays audio. I don't know what it is called, so I can't run any sort of diagnostics on it. The computer says my speakers are functioning normally, so the static must be internal, if that makes any sense. Ugh. I hate computer stuff.

Tia, it IS boring! And now it doesn't even have a soundtrack!
