Congrats to Momboss, Elizabeth. Sounds like lots of fun is coming your way soon. Terra has been begging for a little sister lately. I just keep telling her we need to get the house and move first, then we can talk. (And yes, suprise of surprises, Phil is the one who first suggesting talking about it after we get moved. )

I had to check in. So Elizabeth will be a new "part-time" Mom :thumbsup2

Tia may get to have another baby after all :thumbsup2 And she survived the lump scare.

And Janet is jumpy every time the phone rings. They'd better give a call soon darn it.

Good Morning!!!

OK, you all know me too well. ;)

Momboss will be having a scheduled C-section the last week of September. We are all very excited. :goodvibes The Dr. said he is 99% sure we will have another princess: in our midst. This will please Princess, because she has been ADAMANT that this baby is a girl.

As for me, my newborn skills are a bit rusty so I will be calling on my friends who specialize in newborn care to give me a crash refresher course. :thumbsup2

Well then give my congrats to Momboss then! ;)

Tia - I'm glad everything turned out to be okay.

Elizabeth - :yay: for a new baby to take care of!

Tia - I am glad that everything is OK. :goodvibes

Janet - I will be thinking of you and Gary all day.

Congratulations to Momboss!

Does this mean you get a raise too? If so, double :yay::yay:for a new baby!

I do get a raise. I should get a merit based raise at the end of June and a raise for the baby after Momboss finishes maternity leave. Unfortunately, new babies bring little salary increase in proportion to the amount of work they add. :scared:

Princess is REALLY easy to take care of right now. I don't have to lift her, I just hold her hand when she climbs in and out of the car or the bathtub. She is completely independent with the potty, she feeds herself, she needs minimal assistance getting dressed, and the majority of the time she is pretty cooperative.

A newborn adds a TON of work, but then again, it also brings job security since Princess will be in school 5 days a week in the Fall.

Hello, DDA!

Elizabeth, CONGRATS to MomBoss on the new baby! And CONGRATS to you on the additional job security!

Tia, :wizard: that it is just a cyst! I'm glad that there is nothing to worry about right now! Also, what great news that you may get to have another baby!!!

Deb, I hope that you find relief from all the illness. I still have a cough, but I don't know if it is related to my previous illness or if it is related to all this allergic post nasal drip. It's so embarrassing to constantly be coughing when trying to talk to others. It's tiring, too. It is definitely better than it was in the beginning, though, so I'll take that!

Janet, my fingers are crossed! :wizard: for Gary!

I know I read more...I'll have to go back and look.

Does anyone know anything about Gainesville, FL hotels? If Laura's team makes Nationals, we'll need to be there at the beginning of July. The team mother picked a Quality Inn that I can't find any reviews for. I think I'd rather be in the Country Inns and Suites (for $20 more/night) that seems to have good reviews. I don't really want to make waves and have the team think I think I'm too good for the hotel choice, but I will if I hear that the Quality Inn isn't any good.

Tia sounds like great doctors and glad the lump was nothing.

Now remember to tell Terra that she may not get a sister.

Sorry Beth I can't help with the hotels, but agree that they should have some good reviews before staying there.

okay all exactly how did this crud start for all of you. I felt fine yesterday at work. Then I was on my way home from our march of dimes fundraiser where I think we made almost 500. When I started having stomach cramps and nausea. I had to pull over twice to go potty. I get up from where I am sitting I feel dizzy at first. once that passes I can do something. Like fix Virginia some food but then I felt real week after. Not sure if it was something I ate or if its the crud that everybody is getting.

There doesn't seem to be consistancy in starting points with the flu. My kids started with fevers and coughs, at some point added in the cold and aches and ended with the stomach stuff. I've just had the cold/cough, but man it has been sticking with me for a long time now.:wizard::wizard:

It's after 5 on the east coast, Janet have you heard anything? It's getting late and we are all waiting not so patiently.

Thank you all for the concern, I wish I had something to report. I did call the Dr's office & was told they had not received anything from the hospital yet. So it looks like we will not know anything till Monday.

I am usually a patient person, but this really stinks & Gary has already lost his patience(I can't blame him). He was told by the hospital yesterday that the Dr's office would have the results today, so what is the hold up :confused3

This is just so frustrating & nerve wracking :sad2:
