I think im headed to bed...im still not feeling good at all and I am getting observed by the head of the science department tomorrow. If itw asnt for the observation, i probably would not be going to work tomorrow, as i have only taken 1 sick day so far this year

Have a great night all

Hope you are better this morning :wizard:

Elizabeth you cannot make a comment about a baby & leave us hanging, spill the beans :rotfl:

I am thinking it might be your boss, but I could be wrong :confused3

Janet just let us know if they don't call. I think you will hear something real fast once we all start jamming their phones demanding an answer. ;)

I am going with Elizabeth's boss is pregant, cause either she mentioned that she might be or I dreamed it.

Ditto!

Well, obviously we aren't planning any sort of free dining trip since it is only valid for 6 weeks after our trip ends.
DS has the day off Oct. 9, but that won't be a good time for us to travel. You know, because of the baby...:rolleyes1

 (I am thinking that unless Elizabeth can post from a ward for.... hmmmm.... ThoseWhoHaveBeenKnockedForALoop, this is her boss' baby.)

Good Morning!!!

OK, you all know me too well. ;)

Momboss will be having a scheduled C-section the last week of September. We are all very excited. :goodvibes The Dr. said he is 99% sure we will have another princess: in our midst. This will please Princess, because she has been ADAMANT that this baby is a girl.

As for me, my newborn skills are a bit rusty so I will be calling on my friends who specialize in newborn care to give me a crash refresher course. :thumbsup2

I would have been quite surprised to hear that you were expecting. Happy for you, but surprised. This would be me :faint:

And what a nice way to "have" a baby. Care for and get paid, not have to pay for it's 'things', and then go home at the end of the day. :)

Congrats to Momboss, Elizabeth. Sounds like lots of fun is coming your way soon. Terra has been begging for a little sister lately. I just keep telling her we need to get the house and move first, then we can talk. (And yes, suprise of surprises, Phil is the one who first suggesting talking about it after we get moved. )

How exciting Tia, we love DDA babies :goodvibes

Good morning, DDA!!! I'm sorry for not catching up from about 190 on. It's been a hectic week after coming back. I spent part of Monday at the OBGYN after having found a lump the week before. They sent me for an ultrasound on Tues which turned into a much long appt as they center wanted to do a baseline mammogram first. So, they had to call for those approvals, etc first. The mammogram looked fine and the ultrasound technican didn't find anything significant. The radiologist then came in himself and asked me to show him exactly what I was feeling and did some more ultrasound scanning himself to make sure the technician didn't miss anything. In all, he said that he didn't see anything to be concerned about. It's probably just a cyst, but to keep doing the self-exams and call if I ever have another concern. Otherwise, just come back for another mammogram when I get to 40. In all, I was really impressed with the office and have never felt more comfortable in a doctors office. They were all friendly, patient, etc, which was nice since I was there for 2 hours with Terra and the baby. I will say though, it's a little unsettling being in a place for that type of tests and being the youngest patient in the waiting room by 15-25 years.

Wednesday was nice and bland which was nice as I had tons of laundry to catch up on, etc. Then yesterday I spend the morning getting orientated at Target. Finally, some fun coming up tonight as I'm standing in more mom's "Pop" at "Mops and Pops" Trivia Night (their Mops group is doing a couples night out trivia night with Rachel's youth group providing childcare as a fundraiser for their summer trips). We won last year so maybe we can do it again!

Tia i am so glad that your lump turned out to be nothing  I am impressed with how quickly they gave you the results as well, wish we were that lucky!

Congratulations to Momboss!

Thank you! :)

My thoughts exactly. I get to enjoy all the good things about the baby, but at the end of the day I get to give her back and go home! :rotfl2: Best of both worlds.
