Thank you all for the concern, I wish I had something to report. I did call the Dr's office & was told they had not received anything from the hospital yet. So it looks like we will not know anything till Monday.

I am usually a patient person, but this really stinks & Gary has already lost his patience(I can't blame him). He was told by the hospital yesterday that the Dr's office would have the results today, so what is the hold up

Janet - It may be too late, but I would call the Dr. back and tell then you expect them to phone over to the hospital NOW and get the results because you were told it would be TODAY. And tell them you will hold while they call - you do NOT want to have them call you back.

Yes it is to late. I am sure all is ok, but I could just cry having to wait longer now. I have been holding it together, but I feel as though I am losing it. We have not said anything to the boys or family, so I guess we will both just have to hang in there a few more days.

Does anyone know anything about Gainesville, FL hotels? If Laura's team makes Nationals, we'll need to be there at the beginning of July. The team mother picked a Quality Inn that I can't find any reviews for. I think I'd rather be in the Country Inns and Suites (for $20 more/night) that seems to have good reviews. I don't really want to make waves and have the team think I think I'm too good for the hotel choice, but I will if I hear that the Quality Inn isn't any good.

I just discovered that they are doing a documentary about our Festival of the Arts here in Fredericksburg. One of my former students is featured in a little snippet of his rehearsal last weekend with the University Orchestra.

okay all exactly how did this crud start for all of you. I felt fine yesterday at work. Then I was on my way home from our march of dimes fundraiser where I think we made almost 500. When I started having stomach cramps and nausea. I had to pull over twice to go potty. I get up from where I am sitting I feel dizzy at first. once that passes I can do something. Like fix Virginia some food but then I felt real week after. Not sure if it was something I ate or if its the crud that everybody is getting.

Could be something you ate, or it could be one of the bugs making the rounds. It is quick-hitting. Not the flu which is body aches, fever, respiratory ailments. But the gastrointestinal BLECH that many of my students have. I hope it is over quickly for you, Jennifer.

Jennifer - I hope this bug is a quick moving one! No fun to be sick with 2 little ones depending on you!

Elizabeth - Congrats to Momboss, and hallelujah for job security! Can't have enough of that these days! You'll be just fine with a newborn. It's when they start to get mobile that it's really hard! It's easy when they sleep 22 hours a day! Of course, that will probably be when Momboss takes her maternity leave, huh?

To everyone else - Have a great weekend! I may or may not be on much this weekend. We are trying to find something fun to do with the kids tomorrow, so I don't know if I'll be around. We just got our family passes to the Natural history museum, and they have a new exhibit, so we may go there for a few hours.

Tia i am so glad that your lump turned out to be nothing I am impressed with how quickly they gave you the results as well, wish we were that lucky!

I'm so sorry you are having to wait! That is terrible. Lots of for some peace for you both as you make your way through the weekend. This office was a B reast Health Center and only does mammograms, ultrasounds, etc. They had two radiologists in the office to look at things immediately. The only reason my appt was even that long was that they had to call my doctor with their request to do the mammogram as well and then wait for them to call back and send over the paperwork. Even then, though, they said it's their policy to call the doctor every 10-15 minutes to minimize the patient's wait. I was very impressed!

Tia sounds like great doctors and glad the lump was nothing.

Now remember to tell Terra that she may not get a sister.

Oh, I do. Just about every time she says something I remind her that it could just as easily be a boy. She keeps assuring me that's okay too. She just wants a baby.




Well, right after I posted I ended up getting called in to sub at the church's preschool. They were desperate so we ended up going to hang out with the Pre-Ks today. Now, I've got to get a shower so we can leave for Trivia Night. Have a good one everyone!

Well, I can only tell you this much: It is only a AAA 2-diamond property so I wouldn't stay there. But I am something of a hotel snob.

I have found it reviewed on many sites, but in all fairness most of those reviews are a yera or more old. There are a couple more recent reviews I can find that are equally bad and good! But any amount of bad ratings scares me.

Has anyone had an ultrasound similar to mine? If so, did you have any pain afterward? The area where they did the ultrasound is still sore off and on. They did have to push in some because of the location so that may be the cause, but I'm just wondering if it normal.
