My mom had her mamo today and the tech is not sure if she saw something around the scar area of the breast that had cancer, so she had an ultrasound done also. Now to wait on the results of the ultrasound.

:wizard: :wizard: :wizard: that it is nothing!!

 for you and your family as you wait, Heidi.

Okay, I am off to Panera Bread for some good food...and then some window shopping hopefully my mood will brighten....As Cassidy said recently I am cranky and easily irritated!

Anne Marie - I am so glad things are coming together with the houses!! :thumbsup2
I have a Whirlpool washer that the drain holes started rusting immediately after the washer was out of warranty. We leave the lid open when the washer is empty so it gets plenty of air circulating - it should NOT have rust in it!

Heidi - Good thoughts or your mom! :wizard:

Ann Marie

Yeah for a closing date on your house.

We have all Kenmore appliances, also a word of caution, my best friend has a stainless steel fridge and hates it she said its impossible to keep clean (fingerprints).

Thanks for the suggestions & congrats.

Elin,
I will ask my realtor..did not know that.

Heidi,
Good point on the fingerprints.

Theresa,
Have fun.

Tammi,
Thanks!

DH's should NOT be allowed to stay home 6 days in a row. That's just wrong.

No, they should not!!!

Tammi - I did leave one morning pretty much open. We'll go to DTD, have lunch at Puck's, take a break in the afternoon, then go to AK for PM EMH so DH can take pictures. The rest of the days are scheduled pretty tight.

I have a request in for Cape May on Friday 8/14 at 6 PM for a party of 19.
Tammi - 4
Robyn - 5
Anne Marie - 5
Us - 3
Debbie - 2 (Just in case!)
Hopefully that will give us time to get in and back out early enough to go see whatever after dinner (IllumiNations, Fantasmic, etc.) I THINK it should be a night they are doing Fantasmic, so if anyone is trying to get to that hopefully you will make it! :)

I am so excited!!!!:yay: :yay: :yay:

This sounds like so much fun. I wish we could make it work out for us to join you, but... not this time. I know you all will have a ball!

And Tammi... :cool1: :dance3: :cool1: for BLT!

I wish you could join us too :sad1:

Robyn - yay for one less "kid" at home today. :thumbsup2

It's been heaven!!:cloud9:

Theresa - That is frustrating! I'm sorry!

Hang in there!'s

My realtor just called. We have an agreement with our buyers & we now have a contract. Our closing on my NY house is at the end of June. Yay the kids won't have to leave until the school year is over. They do get a short summer since we get out late here in the northeast & they go back early (aug 25). I am so relieved that this house is in contract & we will have the new place at the end of this month. It has been very stressful on all accounts & to finally see the light at the end of the tunnel is just so great.

I do have a question...our new home will need new appliances in the kitchen. I'd like stainless steel. We need to buy fridge, stove, micowave.hood, & dishwasher. Also a clotheswasher & dryer. Can anyone reccommend a good/reliable brand?

I am so glad that you are seeing the light at the end of the tunnel.

Lots of :wizard: for her and you, too. :wizard:

Hi! :wave2:

I'm back on page 46, but I wanted to let you all know I was back in Cincinnati. The kids and I had a great time visiting my family, and Kevin was very productive in our absence.

We got home Tuesday at 4:30 p.m. and at 6:00 p.m. Kevin and I left for the Billy Joel/Elton John concert. Though they can't hit the high notes as well anymore, they are still amazing singers, and we had a great time (especially people-watching ;) ).

Matty was thrilled with his big boy bed, and these past two nights, he hasn't given us any trouble with getting out of bed, etc. Now, if only potty-training him would be so easy. He claims he is "too little." Silly!

Yesterday, I had a wonderful conference with Alyssa's teacher, and I tried to tackle unpacking, laundry, etc. Poor Noah was pretty off-schedule, so he was a crabby-patty, but he's doing much better today. He's going through a little separation-anxiety when I leave the room though. And, he's still waking up at least twice a night. He's silly, too! :goodvibes

We have lots of things coming up: I'm hosting a shower for my SIL on 3/21, Alyssa and Kevin are in the church musical on 3/22, Alyssa's Webkinz birthday party is on 3/28, followed by a whirlwind of Easter activities.

I hope you are all well. I'll try to get caught up on the thread this weekend. Take care everyone! :grouphug:

We also have Kenmore appliances and they are all at least 9 years old with no problems whatsoever. One of the girls at work was just commenting about how she can not keep her stainless steel fridge clean. Apparently you need special wipes as normal kitchen cleaners don't work. We have the normal black and white and they are fine for us :thumbsup2

I hope you find some down time in the there too. You've been so busy since having #3

I've been super dizzy since about noon. I'm not sure if it is because the aquatics center is so hot or if something is brewing. My tummy is wonky too, but that seems to be the norm lately for me :confused3 I've decided to go to work and see how I do and go from there. It's kind of late to be calling in, but I was fine this morning.

 Amy.

How old is Matty? my cousins son is 2 and she is having trouble potty training him.

Elizabeth any suggestions??
