DDA Chapter 19

Heidi - Good luck with DVC! As Debbie said, it takes the least amount of points, and it has the biggest rooms!

Debbie - another cute picture. I won't get tired of them so post away.

I got my hair cut and colored. I even got a bit of a new style. A little bang action on one side. I had been trying to grow them out. They got down to my jawline, and I decided I couldn't stand them that way. Bob said he likes it, so I guess that's good enough!

Remember to "spring ahead" tonight!

I'm home. Actually we're home. We had 2 dishwashers call in sick so Chris and Nick came in to help out. It was Nick's first time (he's only 13). It was a really good experience for him and Chris said that he did well. Obviously he isn't old enough to have a job, but we think the experience is huge and now he knows what work is and how hard it is to make money. We did 300 meals tonight so it was a very busy night. The owners were very thankful to have Chris there and they were very generous with him. I made decent money too:cool1: I also gave one of the owners some quick computer lessons as they purchased a laptop for the former chef and none of them can operate it. Hopefully he knows enough now to make a simple one page specials menu. It was a very busy day for the Brooks Family. The two little ones are spending the night at Grammy and Papas since they knew we would be out late.

We are hoping to sleep in in the morning since Colby won't be home to wake us up. Of course he knows how to use the phone

Timothy has that same boppy!

Have I mentioned lately that Aubrey is darling???? Well, she is!

Thank you, the boppy is now sporting a pick slipcover, her Aunt saw it and decided she "had" to have it.

Sounds like a good night for all of you! I hope Colby let you sleep in this morning. :)

Hey Jen, keep an eye out for this guy.

LAKE BUENA VISTA, Fla., March 5, 2009 -- Walt Disney World Resort recently welcomed a black and white colobus monkey – the first of its species born at Disney’s Animal Kingdom. The infant arrived February 17 after a six-month gestation and may be seen along the Pangani Forest Exploration Trail with a group of five other colobus monkeys.

Is anyone here planning to be at WDW over Mother's Day? They have canceled the brunch this year. :(

Tammi - Wish you were "kidless" this morning... I am headed to Capital Ale House with Joanne (another DIS friend) for brunch at 11:00. We would have loved to have you join us!

Good morning, DDA!

Time change makes me very grouchy!

me too!

I so look forward to the summer time change. I love having that extra hour of daylight in the evening. And as soccer starts on Tuesday, from 6:30-7:30, we can really use it!
