I spent the time that the disboards were down (for me) going through an ancient email account...and it's a good and bad thing I did.

Good because Abi's band teacher e-mailed me this morning at that address

Bad because of the reason he was emailing me.....seems Abi tried to forge her dad's signature.

So we get to meet with the teacher after school today

My kid is so smart but a bonehead too!!

what was she thinking?

Hunter and Nick came home with a ton of homework tonight so they stayed home while Colby and I took Riley to the vet. We were there for nearly 2 hours She said the bloodwork would take 30 minutes for results, but one test had an error so they had to rerun it. Riley is doing better, but we still need to tweak his meds. The kidney fuction is completely back to normal as we are feeding him the prescription foods. We may try half a can of his old food with half a can of the new food and see if he can maintain the kidney function and save us about $15/mth on food. Todays visit cost $192.
We are quickly putting a nice Disney trip into the kitty. He is so happy though he's worth it.

Well I am betting you will find a silver lining to both these trips, Stephanie. I can tell you that we are in for a big warm-up down this way and I will continue to hope that it is a happening event for Hilton Head too!

Hope Hilton Head is warm! The crew on the morning news show I watch were wearing snuggies last week. They said they were just robes worn backwards.

I'm Tammi. Single mom to Nicholas, 9, and Alyssa, 7 next month. We are DVC owners as well, at SSR, though we haven't stayed there yet. Our favs are BCV and OKW. As a newcomer it might be hard to keep up, but you'll eventually start remembering who's whom. If you get confused, just ask for clarification!
