At my uncles funeral a cousin saw how pale my sister and I are and said she was going to buy us each a tanning certificate. She wanted to know if we were part vampire.

Sorry, didn't mean to "post & run" like that...our realtor, the one selling our house wants her money & she wants it now. We told the agent that we want to close at the end of June so the kids can finish school. The potential buyers are cool with that. So, we get the paperwork today that the closing date is May 30th! So we call our realtor back & she gives us this speach that it is in our best interest among other things. She also wanted to push the inspection to Sunday morning which is not doable for us. So when I tell her next friday would be good (we need time to move things from the attic for the inspector to get in there) she flips & was rather rude. Um, if the close is not til the end of June why does the inspection HAVE to be Sunday? Um, cause she wants to move the closing up so she can get another mercedes. She has been very pushy on many things & I am at the point where just can't take it anymore.

I just wanted to say that you are all very sweet to be asking about me & I appreciate all your thoughts. Chanon even called me to make sure I was ok. All your friendship means alot to me.

Welcome home!!! Sorry to hear about the bus service and the lack of English. I can honestly say I don't think I saw any CM's that didn't speak English-maybe I didn't talk to too many. Sorry about the bird too. A coworker of mine was there last week and she got pooped on by a bird in Epcot. Last January with Joe we went to Electric Umbrella and he wanted to eat outside. I forgot a fork for him and left him to go get it. When I came back other guests had to keep the birds away from Joe & our food. I don't think he'll ever ask to eat outside again.

Stick to your guns, she can't force you into closing earlier if both of the parties have an accord

Anne marie - I would tell her point blank "I find it fascinating that you feel it is in your best interest to be RUDE to us with the current economic situation." If she continues to be pushy and rude you should remind her that Dana's company can buy the house and that will be that!
