Debbie - Aubrey certainly doesn't have that newborn look. She was c-section, correct? So precious.

Yes she was a scheduled C section, my DD had the same problem I did, both mine were C sections also.

Thanks

Looks like we'll be having lot's of baby pictures to look at

Thanks, I have a reputation of always taking pictures, Brandon is over it, it's rare I get him to cooperate anymore.

PawPaw picked Aubrey up today just in time for her to fill her diaper good, it was a classic. :rotfl:

Brandon may decide to cooperate for pictures with his adorable sister. :)

Did PawPaw have to change, too? :teeth:

Thanks for the good wishes for Mom! I really hope now that they are finished pumping her full of chemicals and zapping her with radiation that she will get some snap back in her garters.

She gets her port out next week, so she is REALLY happy about that!

:rotfl: :rotfl:

My mom's sister is going through chemo now for colon cancer. This is another thing that has fallen on my mom to help out with. She never complains once, because that is what families do, but my cousins (her kids) need to step up to the plate as well. She has a grown son that lives at home who can NEVER help out because he either HAS to be at work or it is the time that he HAS his son. She has daughters that live in SC and Florida.

:wizard::hug: for your mom and your aunt.

I got some stuff thrown into a bag. Really, all we need is a change of clothes and 2 swimsuits each. I'll put my bathroom stuff in it in the morning.

Nicholas has had a stuffy nose the past few days. Last night he had trouble sleeping. Today the nurse called that he was complaining of a sore throat and had a low grade fever. I took him to the doctor and the strep test was negative. He did give him a prescription in case anything is brewing.

I hope you guys have a great time, and pray that Nicholas will be good to go tomorrow! :wizard:

We are watching Apollo 13

One of my absolute favorites. :goodvibes As many times as I've seen it, I always cry at the end.

Yes, thank you.
DH's supervisor bought his breakfast as a little show of appreciation, but I still felt like he was rubbing it in my face. He says he didn't mean it that way.

The rest of my day wasn't bad. DH says he will deal with the band competition and I can stay home, so that's good.

Well, that does sound like an improvement! Where did DH go to breakfast? Yay for recognition!

Debbie, she is so sweet!!

I agree - precious!!

I had an insanely busy week. I have to work both days this weekend. Then next week. Maybe a day next weekend. Then one day of work and I am flying out that night.

I am trying to get a troop up and running, that is run by a sorority to be held at another youth organization. Well this just materialized since Monday, I a doing a training on Sunday night. It is a good thing, as I have been trying to find volunteers to run it since the fall, but moving so fast that it is just crazy. The sorority is running their 1st meeting March 3. So we have a week to recruit the girls to join. Especially since I am leaving so soon, it is a bit nuts.

Congrats- Lindsay and Jonathan!:dance3:

:wizard: hope Elise feels better soon

:woohoo: Janet and Gary have a great trip. Hopefully I will run into you at some time.

Thanks, Becky. :goodvibes I hope you have a wonderful trip ahead of you - you definitely deserve it.

hmmmmm ... Absolut Mandarin and vanilla ice cream ... Creamsicle!

You guys are really not being very fair. :sad1: ;)

I wonder what radius from the shooting they call residents? I wonder how many phone calls we would get every day if our police did the same thing?

I'm afraid your phone would be ringing off the hook, just from the problems at NP recently. :sad2:

Yep I heard about that. Husband was served with an emergency protective order on Wednesday. He shows up today and shoots the wife as she pulls into the driveway with her teenage son in the vehicle. She was killed.

Oh my gosh, that's awful!

Do you guys want to hear my new ringtone? You might have to turn up the volume somewhat...

http://www.4shared.com/file/88720020/e403d6fd/VN_00009.html

There's really no other way to share a homeade ringtone than through 4shared...so click on download now, then click on open and your default player should play it.

Let me know what you think! ;)

YAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Congratulations, Chanon and Bob!!!!!!!!

We'll have our own little club. :rotfl: :rotfl:

I'm sure he's gotten outta Dodge. It was domestic related, so he won't want to stay around and get caught.

I didn't know it was so serious. But I do agree that there is little chance he is still around. I know a couple of families over that way. I hope it is not one of them. :sad2:

Now that the cat is out of the bag:

PawPaw does not do dirty diapers, but I have to say my SIL is doing a great job with his Little Princess, he insisted that she have a wipe warmer, poor Brandon went without one.

LOL...no, I meant did she get him so good that he had to change his own clothes?!! :rotfl:

I had to buy a new hoodie on our Disney trip thanks to a Noah explosion!

Too cute, Janet!

Of course, Chanon could use the clip art she sent me in her signature. (I decided it wouldn't be right for me to use it, as I certainly can't claim to craft anything else...:rotfl: )

It's not off the table yet. I only give birth in even years, so we have plenty of time to continue this discussion. :teeth:

So, are you saying Tammi should start asking you next Jan.? ;)

Chanon - we need details about the doctor's appt!!!! I assume all went well, but we need more than that. :thumbsup2

Sorry! Todays appointment went well. It was a quick one today...in and out in 20 minutes! Though 10 of that was searching for the heartbeat.
I'm 11 weeks on Sunday and due 9/15.

So you and Lindsay are about a week apart! :cloud9:

Oh, all right... I'll volunteer.

Yeah. Riiiiight!!! :rotfl2:

Oh come on - I'm sure Kristin and Kathrin would love another sibling. ;)

I can still remember one random time when I was about 16 or 17 - my parents said they had a surprise for us, and for some reason started out by saying that my mom was pregnant (which was so out of character for my parents - they're just not jokers like that). They almost had to pick me up off the floor!
