Eh, she's all right. Thank you for asking : She's pretty miserable 2 out of every 3 hours (when the medicine-of-the-moment wears off), but she's not worse. I'll take that, for now!

Poor baby.

I'm going to say "goodnight", too. Being out of the house most of the day today has worn me out! Sleep tight, gang!

Oh come on - I'm sure Kristin and Kathrin would love another sibling.

I can still remember one random time when I was about 16 or 17 - my parents said they had a surprise for us, and for some reason started out by saying that my mom was pregnant (which was so out of character for my parents - they're just not jokers like that). They almost had to pick me up off the floor!

Well my Mom's parents did that to her and her sister. Mom was 19 and her sister was 14. But it was no joke. Although Dad refused to believe it and did not even want to drive her to the hospital when she was having the baby as he totally did not believe it. She was hardly showing at all even at the end. The baby shower pictures look like she is not really pregnant. He was in his 50's, she was in her 30's.

I've never denied being a dork.

And, yes, but we just went for haircuts...shockingly, no shopping!

I survived the first class. I was suprised that I was not the oldest in the class. There are 3 men that are older than me. There are also several under 20 kiddos. 3 of the boys are awful swimmers and I was running the class they would not pass. They are really struggling and apparently they have also been hired at the aquatics center. I do not want to babysit them so hopefully they won't pass. It wasn't too bad tonight, I did fine with the skills test and was even asked to demonstate a few things. I did manage to get punched in the mouth once when I was the victim and the skin was ripped off 3 fingers on my left hand in a backboard incident, but I'm sure I will survive. I need to get to bed as the class is 6 hours tomorrow and I'm beat from just 4 hours today

Well, it went like this:

"Mommy will take you to the library if you promise to be good at Cookie Cutters, but if you get into a fight or have a meltdown over what color balloon the lady gives you, we're going to Target!"

We ended up at the library.

May your caption contest yield many entertaining responses! May you sleep soundly, because you have a big day ahead with a 65th birthday bash and a long-standing traditional ball to attend with your husband (an event I have never attended, because I am a loser). Finally, and most importantly, may sweet baby Elise continue to feel better!
