Don't go to the tanning bed. Expensive and unhealthy. This is what I use and I'm pleased with the look. But I only use it on my legs.

Do you use this on your feet as well? I love using the lotion on my legs, but I like to wear sandals & sometimes what I use does not work to great on the feet.

Yea for passing your drug test(not that there was any doubt lol)! Glad to hear Riley is starting to eat.

Hope Nick is on the mend soon :wizard:

I'll have to get some this weekend.

I ordered a couple of pair of lifeguard board shorts as well as a swimsuit for me and one for Hunter on speedo.com. Thankfully they were having a really good sale. I didn't think I'd get the order until late next week, but UPS is showing delivery tomorrow which will be perfect. I cannot tell you how much I was dreading wearing the Uniform bathingsuit without some sort of added coverage. I will never have a body that would look good in that uniform.

I need to get off of my computer and get a few things done before I have to leave for work.

OMG I just found out one of our friends has twins and is expecting triplets!!!! :faint: She's a VP of our twins club, and I just can't even begin to imagine.......

o wow!

Hope elise feels better

Elin-Happy birthday to Bob!

Tammi-have fun this weekend!

Let me see if I can remember...

Elin- Wish Bob a Happy Birthday from us! :cake:

Jennifer- I sure hope Elise (and you) can find some relief. Lots of :wizard: for your friend, I think I would have had a heart attack. :faint:

Theresa- Sending you lots of 's. Just keep strong, it will get better.

Beth- Sorry to hear you were sick. Great catch up!!!

Marci- Congrats to Andrew!!! I love my iPhone, it's ridiculously addictive. Good luck on sneaking in the exercise.

Anne Marie- :wizard: for house #2

Deb- Yay for passing your "Whiz Quiz" So glad the shorts will arrive tomorrow for you.

Tammi- Does the L'Oreal speckle as it wears off? Have fun at GWL. My mom just got an offer for there through work. I think Eric and I are going to book it and take Em, Mo and a friend for each. But the 1st date we can go is Oct 24th.

Elise has pneumonia :(

The good news is, though, we caught it fairly early I think. She's been sick as I mentioned for about 12 days now, and we were going to start antibiotics at the 14 day mark (studies show even if its viral to cover with abs after ..... blah blah blah. you don't care ;) )

Anyway, today she is SIIIICK. Crying out all day, hot as crap (after her Tylenol kicked in her fever was 102), the cough subsided.... that scares me. When coughs subside, you're either better or you have pneumonia. These were the exact words I told my mom on the phone, except I added "in adults". Apparently, the same is true with children.

My poor girl was stuck half a dozen times for blood, etc and had a bunch of xrays.... all on a crappy day anyway. Boo! :(

I thought you all would want an update. Hopefully it's bacterial and she'll start feeling better with medicines.

My day didn't quite pan out the way I thought it would. My hairdresser didn't come in and I couldn't see loading all the kids up to deposit them with my sister while I ran to the GS store. It is literally around the corner from Eric's one office so I can just send him next Wednesday.

I managed instead to get absolutely nothing done. I spent a ton of time on FB and a lot of time doing nothing but wasting it!!! I did manage to get a game plan together for tonight so that'll be helpful.

I am off to get ready and get Em's rear in gear. Have a great night.

the poor sweetie!! I hope she feels better quickly!!

Andrew's grades came in yesterday -- all A's. He's getting closer to that i-phone. Jake is going in with Randy to work for a couple of hours, then his friend's parents will pick him up on the way home from their conference. Later today, they are off to Great Wolf Lodge. He's beyond excited.

Andrew will be dropped off with me, and we'll go to his conference (and Jake's) after lunch. Andrew has done well in school, but he hates having to sit in front of the eight teachers (5 teachers, an advisor and two speech teachers) and have them talk to him and us about his work. His speech processing makes him slower to respond in awkward situations. I told him it's good practice for work interviews. We may run by work for a while after that, then he has baseball practice tonight. I'm going to hopefully work from home tomorrow.
:woohoo: Congrats to Andrew!

Our offer on house #2 is going in today. :)
:wizard:

Bernadette, your pictures are terrific! I really want a dSLR...oh, you've hear that before. :rotfl:
Thanks! I thought I heard that someone in TX was selling a Sony dSLR.;)

Today was the first day all week that there has been any jobs to apply to. It is for a foundation that I read about last year and said "I want to work for them" and viola! there is an ad for a programs assistant. :goodvibes
:wizard: Hope that works out!!!!!

I passed my drug test (there was no doubt, but I had to got through the process). Nick is not feeling well. His ear is still bothering him and sudafed hasn't cleared it. He said that the didn't sleep much last night and he is UGLY today. Of course he isn't ready to go to the doctors yet. I did find the numbing drops that Hunter had for his ear infection in October. Either it will clear on its own or we'll have to run him to the doctors this weekend. Riley seems to be eating better today. He ate some during the night and he's been drinking again. He even asked for his milk this morning. He's not out of the woods by any means, but at least he won't be starving to death.
Hope Nick's ear clears up on its own.

Hope Riley continues to improve!

 to Elise! And  to you, too! The good news is that you are dealing with it! Hopefully she'll be ok for your trip to Orlando.

Yes, I just rub it on the tops of my feet and around my ankles. You have to make sure it is rubbed in really well though. Sometimes that's hard to do around all the bones in the ankle area.

Yes, but I think that is due more to the way your skin flakes/sheds as opposed to the product. I try to exfoliate often and keep lotioned up to try to minimize it.

Are you going to the GWL in VA?

Poor little Elise. I hope the meds kick in quickly. I also hope they didn't give you liquid albuterol. That stuff is like crack for babies! :scared:
