Good morning. Crazy day ahead. Hope you all have a great day.:flower3:

Good morning, DDA!

DS is still asleep. I am not going to wake him up. He can stay home today. I think the cough is not entirely related to the flu. He used to have to use his inhaler from about Nov - Feb every year, so it could just be a recurrence of that same sort of thing. We thought he had outgrown it, but maybe not.

Those storms were wild, but they blew through really fast and that was that. Everything was over by about 10:30 PM.

Have a great day, everyone!! :wizard:

Good morning all...

Headache is gone. And I hopped on the scale and really like the number that I saw this morning. Let's just hope it looks just as good tonight at the "official" weigh in.

Heidi- Good thoughts for your mom.

Elizabeth- I hope DS had a restful night (you too!)

Anne Marie- Hope you make it through your crazy day.

Jen- Still thinking good thoughts for you firemen family.

Good morning, DDA! :sunny:

I hope everyone continues to get healthy and has great days!

Good Morning

Jen - :wizard: I hope you hear some good news today about your friend. My youngest DD is dating a fireman, he's been extra busy lately, which is not a good thing.

I got my new prescription, it's the same medicine just not as strong, we'll see how it goes.

6 more days . . . . . .

I hope these meds work well. Yippee for 6 days!

Laparoscopy, small incision, but they do it through the back instead of the abdomen.

I'm glad they can do the surgery and hope it brings the relief she needs.

Hooray for a headache gone, and for the number on the scale. Keep it up!

Elizabeth -- I hope DS is better. :goodvibes That bug going around is NASTY. My SIL, who didn't even use the c-section card when she had kids and was up and around the day she got home from the hospital, has been down since last Wednesday. I hope you and DH don't get it.

Becky -- I'm sorry for your loss.

Robyn -- Sorry about Uncle Buck.

Randy worked all weekend, until 10:30 Monday night, and until sometime after midnight last night. He's in Lubbock for the day tomorrow. Some SEC document and auditors are causing all this extra work for him.

My work has been just as crazy, and I've been working after I finally get the boys to bed until late. Our revenue for January at work isn't much better than December's numbers, and there isn't a lot booked for Feb. If things go south, it won't be because I didn't do everything in my power to help. :)

Have a good day everyone!

Good morning, everyone. After 2 days of snow, we're having a nice day here. My plans for the day are to finally leave the house to go grocery shopping. We are getting seriously low on the stales here. After that, I'm meeting a friend for lunch at a little Greek cafe. Yummy! This is a friend that I made in elementary school, then we lost touch with each other when she moved away. About 5 years ago, she found me through my dad's email, and we've gotten back in touch. It's been fun to reconnect!

After that, it's back home for homework and valentine's. I'm so happy that the twins and Jacob decided not to make their own, and to go with the boxed kind. Katie, on the other hand, wants to make her own. They are going to be iPod valentines. They look quite labor intensive, so I'm glad she's old enough to do them on her own. I predict lots of drama involved with them, though.

My elbow still hurts, and it's getting really annoying. I'm hoping for a good day with it. I have to go bowling both tomorrow and Friday, so I'd like it to cooperate. I foresee tylenol in my future.

Glynis - Good luck to Katie on those Valentines. Are they the ones in Family Fun? If so, they were really cute. I hope they aren't too difficult to make. :wizard: for your elbow and that it cooperates to bowl this week.

Lisa - Love the picture!

Elizabeth - Hope DS is doing better today. What a night you all had!

Marci - Hope DH finishes up soon and gets to spend more time at home. Not a fun time for him, I'm sure. I remember those guys after many long nights. Good luck with your work stuff too.

Jen - Continued prayers for the firefighter. :wizard:

Deb - Hope your finger feels better today. Crazy how bad injuries can look sometimes even from something minor. Chase accidentally bit my arm on Super Bowl Sunday. She barely got it, but must have hit just the right spot because it was black before she could even stand up and hurt for 2 days. (We were playing and she fell into my arm with her mouth open and it clamped down.)

Nothing too exciting on the agenda here today. I've got laundry going already. I'm also highly contemplating getting down and scrubbing the kitchen floors as I'm not sure mopping will be enough this time. I also really need to work on getting Christmas stuff down. I know, it's Feb 11. They have to be down in time for Terra's birthday party is all I figure. Speaking of which, I need to get her invitations made today too.

Robyn, Yay for losing more weight!! :yay:

DS is up and annoying me, so I don't think he feels THAT bad. On the other hand, I think one "freebie" day is an OK thing.

I just had a brilliant idea.... one of us needs to order that Bra Cold-Pack and we can have an exchange set-up! Maybe we ought to get an Owner's Locker for it...

It doesn't look like a "one size fits all" bra:rotfl:

Lisa cute picture off your ds, love the plate lol

Elizabeth hope all went well last night!

Robyn hope your headache is gone today :wizard:

Deb ouch on the thumb, hope it is not to sore today!

thanks for the dittoable, Janet!!:goodvibes

Good Luck with the meds. I'm sure waiting for you little princess is really hard  she'll be worth it though.

I often need an inhaler to recover from colds and I've never had breathing issues before :confused3 I think it's quite common. Can you get him an inhaler? It might speed things along.

I hope these meds work well. Yippee for 6 days!

:wizard: Good luck with that. This economy is sure reaking havoc on everyone. Try not to overdo it
