Its been so quiet today--I have done absolutely nothing! I was so run down so I stayed in my pajamas til about an hour ago--I am now going out to dinner with my family and watching the probowl (then the real post football depression begins) and thats it for the night..Cant believe tomorrowi s monday already!

Deb - sounds like fun was had by all. I hope you aren't overdoing it. It's funny to listen to you talk about skiing and snowboarding when it is 70 here! I hope this beautiful weather stays around awhile!

It's equally funny to listen to you talk about 70s when we still have several feet of snow The snow did melt of the decks today though. Chris said his shop is filled with water again. They did a bunch of landscaping last year and managed to keep the water away from the overhead door, but now it is coming in the side door The kids went outside this afternoon to ride the snowmobile and go sledding. Your kids wouldn't know whaat to do with all this snow

I promise that I will go to bed early tonight to make up for the fun of this morning. I am quite tired tonight. We're all very excited to go swimming tomorrow. I'm planning to check it out by myself in the morning that way I can stay by the pool with the kids in the evening.

The birthday party I went to was nice and she actually didn't know about it. Poor John, is family just isn't close and he left an hour and a half after arriving, because he was so uncomfortable.

We just got home from grocery shopping. I made DH come with me because it was getting dark. DS stayed here becasue he isn't feeling well. He has that hacking cough and a low grade (very low) fever. He has an eye exam tomorrow so I wasn't going to send him to school anyway.

I had to buy a new hairdryer, which infuriates me because the one I have is only several months old. I noticed yesterday that it was hardly putting out any air and it sounded like it was really laboring. DH woke me up at 2 AM to tell me it wasn't working. Bonehead. He only uses it to clear the steam off the mirror - it's not like he has hair! Wipe the mirror with a towel and get on with it! I think the hairdryer has probably been knocked off the counter and now something is broken. It isn't dusty or anything.
