Have fun, Robyn. I'm glad Lucy is feeling better!

Good luck with your adventure, Robyn. A hike sounds great, but not if the weather, temps, an wet grounds aren't cooperating, which they aren't around here anyway.

Lucy seems back to her normal self. Thanks for asking. I know you'll come up with some fabulous autograph book.

I am moving at tortoise speed this morning. Which would be fine except that I and another Girl Scout mom are meeting at 10am to drive over to the eastern shore (an hour or so from here) to check out a State Park campground. It was going to be a fun escape until we learned we had to hike about a mile to the youth campground, it's closed til April 3. Fun, fun!!

Will chat with you all later. Have a great day

It's a good thing you didn't read that Jeffrey Deaver book I just finished. :rolleyes1 Be on the lookout for hired hit men and meth cooks.:scared: And hang on to your cell phone.

Well, I guess I had better go and get dressed, etc before the baby wakes up. I've actually been productive on the computer this morning so that's good too. Now to figure out what else needs to get done around here. Dad's best friend and his family are coming over on New Year's Day so we've got to get ready for that. Otherwise, I think it's just general upkeep stuff. I'd also like to start getting some to do and wish lists done for our start into househunting. Man it would be easier if I had a working laptop. Maybe fixing that needs to be at the top of my list. :upsidedow

Have a good day everyone!

Good morning,

We are off to Chuck E Cheese to celebrate Sophie's 8th birthday! How did my baby get to 8 so fast?:sad2:

We were watching some old tapes (yes tapes!) of the kids at Disney when they were all babies. :sad1: Besides the fact that the kids were little (& cute!:cutie: ) it was funny to see some of the changes at WDW. Like the trees in front of the castle that are no longer there. The garland across main street which was not there this December. The old Tarzan show at AK & the 2002 version of MVMCP parade.

Happy Birthday to Sophie!! :cool1:  :yay:
We are going to Chuck E. Cheese today, too! Maybe we will see you there! :lmao:
DS was looking at the pics from our first WDW trip. I have those pics all in albums. I haven't printed hard copies of pics for the past 2 or 3 trips. Maybe I should do that. :rolleyes1

He went to work but that doesn't mean anything. He didn't have a fever when he left. But I have a sore throat (but I slept poorly) and my temp is higher than normal (but that could be because I slept with socks on).

I got up late so I better get ready for work.

Feel better Chanon and Bob!!!:goodvibes :goodvibes :goodvibes

Robyn glad to hear Lucy is feeling better. Have fun today & I hope the hike is not to bad!

I just spoke to Member Services and they confirmed that ADRs are permanently 90 days. We already knew that, but now we have confirmation from one more source.

HOPE YOU HAVE A WONDERFUL DAY SOPHIE!

Bob woke up and drank a glass of water and some soup. He immediately went back to sleep. I really hope I don't get this.
:wizard: :wizard: :wizard:

Anne-Marie, how are things going for you? Any prospective buyers on your house?
Hi Amy, lots of interest & foot traffic here. No offers yet though. Thanks for asking.

I hate to admit it....but I don't miss the the whole autograph thing at WDW
Ditto. My kids have all the autographs they want at this point. Sophie may want the Fairies in August but that's all. I am already gearing myself up to stand in that line!:scared:

Alyssa lost her second tooth tonight. Actually, she pulled it out herself. The other tooth is almost completely in, behind the baby tooth. So the tooth fairy is has to wait awhile to make sure she is sleeping really tight.
Yay for the tooth fairy coming!!!

I need to head to bed too. 5:00 will come very soon. I may or may not have internet access in PA. I will take my laptop and see. If not, I will talk to you all on NYE at some point. Thanks for all your kind words and good wishes for our drive. Good night! :goodvibes
Safe travels Elin!

What women really want!
:rotfl: Very good!

Kristine I know you posted about this, but I don't remember your thoughts :rolleyes1 What did you think of the Kennedy Space Center? Gary has mentioned a few times about wanting to go here & I am worried I will be bored to tears.
Hope you don't mind me answering too...We went to KSC last Spring & it was deifinately worth doing if you have never been. My kids liked it & it wasn't boring, however (to me) it's the kind of place you see once & do not have to go back to. Kristine had written her local gov't (senator maybe not sure, I am sure she will come on & explain) Anyway you can get free tickets which I would suggest as I dodn't know that before we left & paid over $200 for the 5 of us to get in.

Happy Birthday to Sophie!! :cool1:  :yay:

Thanks, yes I will look for you!:rotfl2: I know the pictures start to collect & it gets harder to oragnize them the more time you let it go. I have to print at least 2 years worth. Also want to get my tapes put onto a disk too...

I also think I am going to buy hm another ticket for the Richard Petty driving experience. He really enjoyed the ride a long & tickets are on sale for $49 till the 31st.
When my SIL moved out a couple of years ago, the first thing he packed was his picture at the Richard Petty driving experience. That was his highlight of that 11 day trip that Christmas. :goodvibes :goodvibes

It is not to bad if you get to Toontown about 1/2 hour before rope drop, of course Chanon may think otherwise :rotfl:

Thanks, I had not even checked prices yet :scared: Guess I should read up on it!

Gary bought the picture as well & it is hanging in our bedroom :goodvibes

I have today off & it looks like it will be another decent day out! I need to go grocery shopping & get Garrett another gift for his birthday. One of the outfits I ordered him is on back order, so who knows when it will arrive. Hopefully Penny's has some good sales going on.

For his birthday he wants to have a few friends over & go bowling. I have to work, but Gary can drop them off. I do work next door so they can come see me & I will treat them all to ice cream. He chose tacos to eat for dinner & chocolate cake(which my friend is making for me).

I work new years day, so I plan on just buying some snack foods for everyone to munch on & new years eve I will make some bbq ribs. I have had a hankering for those lately!

Penney's will have their Clearance stuff at 70% off tomorrow.

Deb, was it you that asked about the Kindle? My friend Michelle had one and I was messing with it while we were in CA. I can really see it being nice to have. Totally easy to use, very easy to read and would be great especially on a trip when you could just pack that instead of several books. As long as I could get title I would want and had the money, I'd totally get one!

It wasn't me that asked as I had never heard of one at that time. Glynis maybe?
