I wanted a picture of a middle aged woman sitting with her feet in a bucket of ice, with a couple of fans blowing on her and maybe a fru fru drink or two on a table beside her with the team name below.

Tammi...here is the exchange I had with Kodak:


Diomelito D. : We'll, for transferring the pictures from the computer, you can either do the wired or wireless transfer.

Diomelito D. : For the wired, you need to connect the frame to your computer.
Diomelito D. : The frame already comes with a USB cable.

Kristine Najdowski : I am interested in the wireless

Diomelito D. : For the wireless transfer, you should be running a Windows operating system and has the Windows Medial Player 11 installed on it.

Diomelito D. : Without the Windows Media Player 11, you can't transfer pictures wirelessly.

Diomelito D. : Of course, the router is needed also for this to work.

Diomelito D. : It's through the software that the frame can gain access to your computer.

Morning all, i'm once again trying to find designs for Mya's upcoming trip, creating autograph pages, journal and activity books and such. Being unemployed my not be such a terrible thing at the moment.

On a sad note though, my wife lost her Grandfather on Monday. He went out for a morning walk and someone found him laying on the sidewalk, unable to be revived. So she is over at her families taking care of her senial Grandmother, while her parents plan a funeral, arraingments and such in Iowa.

So please keep her in your thoughts. We could also use a few well placed thoughts for finances and job opportunities. Five months has gotten pretty tough on the savings and now I'm selling items that were suppose to be gifts for Birthdays and Christmas for the kids.

Ok, now all of you have me confused. This is how I'm reading it...

So if you have wireless in the house, you're fine. Hang the frame on the wall as far away from your computer as you want.
If you don't have wireless, you have to connect the USB to the computer and either A.1)hang the frame by the computer and/or A.2) hope it's a really long USB cord or B)leave unattached and connect to the computer whenever you want photos uploaded.

Is that what I'm understanding??

you connect the frame to the computer via usb....download the pictures onto it....then disconnect and put the frame where ever you want it...it automatically plays all the photos that you downloaded onto it.

wireless...apparently if you have a router and a decent signal you can hang it wherever and it should pick up the signal

It appears that I will NOT be voting today because it gets crazier and crazier over there! People are just parking in the street, which has completely blocked off an entire lane. Unfortunately I don't have a back up plan. I will have Princess all day, every day after today, including election day. There is no way she will sit nicely in her stroller for a line that is several hours long. I don't know what I am going to do. I guess I need to have a chat with my bosses because I am not seeing a way to make this work.

I went to the mall where I didn't find anything to wear to the party OR any gifts for Princess to give to her friends OR a costume for DS. This day is not going the way I wanted it to!
