Well for what its worth...
As you know we had my beloved BC booked for August 2008...we changed to POR to save some money. Now POR is no BC but we had a wonderful trip & made alot of happy Disney memories. I would have chosen BC if money was no object but quite honestly we had a great time because we were at Disney & together.:flower3:

Good luck with your decision.

That's right! I had forgotten that, Anne Marie. Thanks for the reminder.

Oh, shut it! :rotfl:

What would you call the back area of our living room where the laptop sits on the desk near the patio door and 1/2 bath?!! One word, mind you!!! :teeth:

Is this my office? My den?

Ahh, ok. See, I was thinking you were standing between your front door and the steps. You can see why I was confused as to why you would just be hanging out there for a long period of time! :rotfl:

We were quite busy at work tonight, but it was all at once :scared: I managed to survive :thumbsup2 Tomorrow night was supposed to be my night off, but I've been asked to come in just in case it is busy like tonight. That means I'll be working 6 in a row. Thankfully I have a vacation coming up and I need money :rolleyes1

Well, I guess busy is good? Are you feeling better?

Elin I would probably go with saving money, but on the other hand...the things you've planned may not always be available and the prices certainly won't go down. Big Help aren't I

Yeah, I know! :confused3 But bouncing stuff off you all does help. I haven't made my decision yet. And once I do I have to pick a moderate! I like POFQ because of the small size. Kristin has wonderful memories of CBR, Kathrin likes POR (Alligator Bayou section only, since the Mansions look like our homes here) and Bob doesn't give a tinker's damn. :rotfl2:

Elizabeth - of course it's smart to worry about him. Even if it were stupid, you would still do it, because you're his mom. A very dear friend said something to me once and it has stuck with me. I'll try to remember it as my kids get older. Don't punish them before they do something wrong. You and DH are raising him well, are teaching him the rules and right from wrong. Give him a little. If he handles it, give him a little more. Keep giving, until he hits the wall, and then reign him in when he DOES screw up. Assume that the inevitable will happen. Go over the rules with him, should he choose to leave campus. Who should he contact or leave word with? Kinda like the "Don't ever drink when you plan on driving, but if you do drink call me to come and get you" speech. Tell him what he can't do, but them give him a way out when he does it anyway. Because you know he will. They all do.

in my house it was the livingroom :teeth:

:scared1: That IS a lot of money. But would you be happy with those changes. If all these cuts are things that you really want to do, that you might not have a chance to do again, you might want to keep it. You said it isn't paid for. Without getting personal, do you have the means to pay it off? That would be the clincher for me. Good luck, and whatever you decide.....you are still going to WDW. :)

Not too personal on here! And, yes we could pay for it. But it could force us to use money I think could be better used elsewhere or saved. I am still pondering....

I ordered a pair of sandals for Fred Flinstone aka my husband ;) I ordered a 9 6E yep, 6E. He now has a pair of sandals that actually fit:cool1: He wore them around the house tonight and said they felt like slippers.

I think that is good advice. My problem is knowing how much freedom is too much since I know he is immature for his chronological age.
I am also still miffed about the whole thing last week when they were trying to pin the "bully" tag on him. There is no telling what sort of situation may come up where the events will get twisted around to make HIM the bad guy. Then DH and I will look like idiots saying "We thought he was in the band room."

Dadboss e-mailed me a video of Princess at the beach. So cute! I can not wait for her to go to WDW!

Speaking of WDW, my very helpful DH says I should do "whatever" about airfare.

All who are fighting sinus problems and colds, feel better soon. :wizard: :wizard:

Marci your not having a good month are you?

Jen its good you still get that talk, just proves your parents care and love you. And guess what? it doesn't stop until they are gone.

Um people, we will never get through this chapter if there are only 2 pages for me to read, after I log off at 6:30 pm and don't come back until 6:30/7:00 am.
