Good Morning,
We didn't find out if we are having a Pirate or a Princess yesterday, the baby did not cooperate, so we will have to wait another month. Good news is all is well. All Brandon had to say about the baby was it was rolled up in a ball.
My dad had his appointment with his doctor here, he is doing well but still tires easily. He has an appointment with the Pace maker rep to "fine tune" things.
Jennifer - We've all been there, but for the most part our spouses have survived. My DH would visit his mom with the girls quite often when I was working and he was in charge, I think his biggest fear was the dirty diapers.
Amy -
I hope you're not too sore this morning
Terry and Steffy - Sorry your jobs are giving you such a rough time
Deb - Can't wait to see the Mr. Potato Head costume
Thanks again for all your good thoughts, it looks like we won't even be getting a breeze form Ike, a huge differnce from it heading straight for us. Let's just keep praying that noone is harmed from it.
We're off to spend the morning at the hospital, my MIL is having her knee replacement redone, she has worn out here parts. I'll be taking my crocheting, it's a good way to pass the time.

Elise takes it a step farther and does this God awful high pitched thing, but he was just totally on edge. We both know darn well that a freaked out mom/dad can't calm a baby down, but I swear I thought he was about to just ground them and walk out of the room, hoping that worked.
He came into the laundry room (unfortunately (at that moment - ordinarly it's great) on the same level as the bedrooms) and said "What do I do?! Why are they so crazy tonight?!" I just smiled, and said as politely as possible, "Kyle, this is exactly how it goes every night. Usually you just have help. I, however, often don't.
