I have....and it's not for me....I will have to live vicariously through you :)

Have you tried sewing? No color dies involved.:rotfl: I think I got back into it a bit late. Joe will wear that Mickey shirt but wanted no part of a Buzz one.:confused3 Lizzy will wear Pooh and Tink but not much else. She really didn't want the Mickey one (was afraid I was going to use Mickey Mouse Clubhouse panels like on Emma's) but seems OK with it now. At least Emma still seems easy to please-sure that won't last long. This will likely be the only trip I can get away with the matching outfits for the meal.

the children are all critics...so it doesn't seem like any pictures will be put up until after school begins ....:rotfl:

Kristine - I just saw the newest incarnation of your siggy over on Elizabeth's TR. How adorable!

Are you doing late arrival with ME doing luggage pick up, thus the day 1 clothes? We'll arrive late so I think that's what we'll do too.

We will not get to the airport till 9:15 tomorrow night, so we are staying at ASMo & then the next day we will go to POR. I will have Bell service keep our luggage & I will pick it up when we leave. I think & hope this will be the easiest way to do this.

Ours start 2 weeks from tomorrow or Wednesday depending on the kid. Cassidy starts band camp today. In the 23rd day we have had 90+ weather. Tomorrow we should be downright cold at 88. :lmao: We only get one brand spanking new outfit for each kid....and that is done. Basic school supplies are bought. Fees paid (VERY LATE for Cassidy...hope they still can register her).

Tomorrow is the first feed the kids night. I was proud I got what should last 2 nights for 125 or so people for $280. It's very basic but I love that we can do it so cheaply.

I made a mistake on when school starts. Bright and early on the 18th! Usually I get the kids just one new outfit, but it seems like all the girls had growth spurts this summer. Jacob is all set (thanks, Elizabeth!), but the girls need long pants and shirts that cover their tummies!

I took the twins and Jacob to get new backpacks and the rest of their school supplies. The school sent generic supply lists for each grade. It's helpful, but maddening. I'm in agreement with Elizabeth. I'll get everything, but send it in as needed!

Sounds like a good idea to me.

Jennifer :yay: for getting the A/C fixed!

Jen sorry about the job, good luck with the next interview :wizard:

Kristine I like your new signature!

Tia I am glad things are looking good with momboss!

Well I was getting ready to print our boarding passes & some other paperwork & Gary tells me the printer is not working :headache: Fine time to tell me  Guess I will head to mil's later or tomorrow.

Soooo Beth, that is about a two and half hour drive. Thirty minutes for Stephanie and I. When do you think you can come????? :lmao:

It's about 45 minutes to an hour for me. But I am not driving yet. I hope to start driving short distances by the end of the week.

Janet - I hope you can get everything printed okay.

Anne Marie - I'll take your 80s! Can you send some this way? We were nearing if not passing 100 today as well. Another day or so and we should cool way off to 95 or maybe even 92.

Terry - Good luck with the root canal. I probably need one of those too. :headache:

Glynis - Good luck school shopping.

You and Stephanie AND Sonic! Now that's a tempting offer! Hmmm...and I won't be teaching on Mondays and Fridays in the Fall...
oo i see a road trip in my future
I went to the dentist today. :scared:

I have been dealing with a filling that broke in half a few years ago by not eating on my right side much. So last Thursday, I started having really bad pain on my left side. Eating and drinking cold drinks just sent me thru the roof. I was able to get in today and I need a root canal. That will be the best choice for me since I only have that molar on my bottom left side. I have one spot where the adult tooth never came in and the very last one I had pulled about 10 years ago. Then I will get a crown and then a crown for the right side.

I told Hal he needs to take me next week so I can take a pain pill and be very relaxed. :upsidedow
O no, im sorry you have to deal with all of that!

my night:

4 kids....Bill & I....2 dogs....cat & the canary huddled in the basement because the tornado alarm went off :scared1:

I am looking forward to one of those still. I am so glad there are others out there like me. I've got percocet waiting for me for Saturday (my next date with the dentist).

I hope that everyone I forwarded the email I had received from Stephanie with the DDA list works. All of you just have to delete my home number and make sure to add Janet's cell number
