The luggage I bought holds a little more than I thought! So now I will only be checking 2 pieces of luggage I have packed everything we need into our carry on for our 1st night & next day. I will pack a few snack items in the bag you got for me. I think we are good to go

I just have a few more things to check off my packing list & I am done

Are you doing late arrival with ME doing luggage pick up, thus the day 1 clothes? We'll arrive late so I think that's what we'll do too.

I broke down and called the doctor's office. They were able to get me in today, and I have already filled the prescription for the antibiotic ear drops.

Yeah! I'm glad that you called. That is one pain I can't tolerate well.

I talked to MomBoss this afternoon and am comfortable with how everything stands. Cinderella has been yucky sick since yesterday morning. BabyGirl has green snot too so she's watching her. She decided to stay home because 1) Cinderella likes Mommy time when sick and 2) she didn't want to pass it on to Terra who could pass it on to Kristi's kids, etc. So, she'll text or call me tonight to let me know what we want to do tomorrow. If BabyGirl seems to be next in line for the yucky stuff we'll wait another day or so before going back to work. So, for now I think I'm good with how things are going. We talked for almost an hour and the vibes I was getting were good. I'll definitely stick it out until school gets underway and we see how things settle down once we get into that regular schedule. Even better, it guarantees we'll be okay for our trip, which was one of my big worries. Plus, I feel a lot less anxious about the whole situation which is a big bonus.

We definitely don't have any Sonics near here. The closest one to us is 126.7 miles away in Palmyra, PA. We did have a shake, and it was delicious. My favorites, though, were the fruit juice slushes. I've never heard of Krystal...guess I'll have to find one of those somewhere now. We also went to Culver's on the trip which I hadn't heard of until someone here mentioned it a few weeks ago. We live in a kind of "backwards" area, but even Buffalo and Syracuse don't have Sonic or Chick-fil-A.

Soooo Beth, that is about a two and half hour drive. Thirty minutes for Stephanie and I. When do you think you can come?????

I have looked at the cabins however it was my understanding that you had to rent a golf cart to get around? (not sure??) I didnt want that added expense.

We just got home alittle while ago from the beach..the water was beautiful & clear but too many jellies. We got there at 11am & left at 6pm...still didnt want to come home.

I went to the dentist today.

I have been dealing with a filling that broke in half a few years ago by not eating on my right side much. So last Thursday, I started having really bad pain on my left side. Eating and drinking cold drinks just sent me thru the roof. I was able to get in today and I need a root canal. That will be the best choice for me since I only have that molar on my bottom left side. I have one spot where the adult tooth never came in and the very last one I had pulled about 10 years ago. Then I will get a crown and then a crown for the right side.

I told Hal he needs to take me next week so I can take a pain pill and be very relaxed.
