How far is crossroads from Downtown disney? Can we walk? is there a city bus? do we need a taxi?

If your coming from Downtown Disney Marketplace I would say it's about a 20 minute walk.

CR Resort fan is correct; it's only about a 20-minute walk along Hotel Plaza Blvd, beyond the Hilton and Holiday Inn. But it does look like you're coming in September which means it's still going to be hot and humid and thus probably a miserable walk. It's only 5-minutes by taxi depending on the lights; likely less than $10. And yes, there are city buses that depart from TTC and DTD down by Cirque/HOB and run along Hotel Plaza Bld. Fare $2. Ask the driver where to get off because the bus turns at the intersection by Crossroads and you'll need to cross SR 535 at the light. www.golynx.com
