DD Planet Hollywood ..voucher w/VIP pass?

Ok - so in trying to keep oop costs down we are going to eat at Planet Hollywood for dinner when we are in DD because we get the $15 voucher with the Disney package.
My question is - PH offers a VIP pass for $10/pp in party that allows you to skip the line and the money used for the pass is credited towards your bill.
Do you think they will allow me to use the $15 voucher with the VIP pass. Technically, the pass isn't a voucher because I paid for them.

Discounts are designed to make money for the establishment...

We used the 15 off once... just to use it but I didn't really enjoy my meal....the atmosphere was great once just to see it and let the kids experience.....
