DD Courtyard By Marriott - Park Tickets Sold There?

Can we buy length of stay tickets at this hotel? Are they considered to be one of the Disney official off-site hotels - the ones that still participate in EE and other Disney benefits?

I know you can purchase ultimate park hoppers with a package from the hotel not sure about if you are just doing room only--you can always call and ask. I do know there is a Disney run gift shop and a ticket booth in the lobby.
They don't participate in ee but do in e-nights. (Go figure????) They do have direct connection to Disney Dining from your room phone.

They do have a ticket desk, but we bought PH+ not LOS passes. And, if you're wanting PHs, the online ticket brokers have better prices. Or, buy direct through Disney's website and then at least you get the early purchase savings, you don't get those at Ctyd's Disney desk.

Both times we've stayed at the Ctyd (Labor Day 01 and Dec 02), we've been able to do Early Entry and ship pkgs from disney parks back to the hotel. I'm not disagreeing with Belle, just telling you my experience. It is probably a good idea to call directly and ask.

I saw on their website yesterday that they offer UMPs and Park Hoppers. I called to verify that I could purchase UMPs without a package. I have two reservations for the $20.03 per night rate. They transferred me to the gift shop. The gentleman said I can purchase them on the day we check in and can drop either the first or last day. The price is the $218 before tax for 4-day UMP. I' m checking in on Monday and checking out on Friday to move to HRH. He said they would drop Friday. I love the UMPs.

Are UMPs the same as LOS tickets? The reason I ask is because I checked 4-Day Park Hoppers through Ticketmania and got $210.94 for adults and $168.54 for kids. I thought I also saw a post here that said Advanced tickets through Disney is $204.48 for adults and $162.88 for kids. If tickets are bought at the gate, $211.94 for adults and $169.34 for kids. All of these costs are before taxes. Guess I'm not sure why UMPs would be higher.

Hope someone can clarify the benefits of UMPs.

Yes, UMPs (I think Unlimited Magic Passes) are LOS. The UMP is higher because it includes the waterparks, Pleasure Island, and Disney Quest, all for the length of stay. They cannot be purchased in advance without a package, thus no discount available.

Here's my situation: I have two rooms booked at CBM for four nights (Monday through Thursday). I am a member of Connections and I was going to purchase the 4-day park hopper passes with one plus through them for $194 (no tax or shipping). My kids like to go to the waterparks, Disney Quest, and Pleasure Island, but I didn't think the DTD resorts offered UMP.

When I found out they did, I called 800-223-9930 and asked them. They transferred me to the gift shop because that is where you purchase all passes. I was told I could be UMP for three nights/four days for $218 ($232.17 with tax). They said they could drop either the first or last day (just like the Disney onsite resorts do). They said they do not offer the advanced purchase discount on any of the passes.

For a difference of $38.17 per pass ($194 Connections vs $232.17 UMP), I think it is well worth it to be able to go to the waterparks, Disney Quest, and Pleasure Island every day.

I have the $20.03 rate for both rooms. I will be paying a grand total of $1099.34 for two rooms for four nights and UMP for four days for four adults. I think that is very good deal.
