Hi everyone! We are leaving on Tuesday for our Disney trip. My daughter will be 5 on Wednesday and we will be at Magic Kingdom. Have any of you ever took your child to Disney on their B-day? Do they do anything special for them? I heard they give you a special pin that says It's my b-day. We have reservations at Chef Mickeys character dinner that night, I'm hoping that will be good.

Also, my son is 9 months old. Can he ride on all the kiddie rides? What about the Haunted Mansion? My daughter wont go on Splash Mountain, Space Mountain, etc... but I would like to all go as a family on the smaller rides.

I'm so excited about this trip, only 4 more days. Any other helpful suggestions you can give me for a 5 year old and 9 month old will be greatly appreciated.

Thanks!

Yes, stop in at city hall on your way into the park for a button. My DS celebrated his 4th Bday there last year and was given so much attention. Also mention it at Chef Mickey's. They'll probably give her a cupcake and sing to her. I'm sure she'll get lots of great attention with the button. :teeth:

We have a 10 month old and an 11 year old. There are many rides you can go on as a family. HM is fine. The only attractions that you won't all be able to go on are the ones with height restrictions.
