DD 6 dropped from all FPs!!

Just got off with IT help desk - my DD6 was dropped from ALL of our fast passes - no idea why - she disappeared from res, though her tickets showed in MDE app - my DD8 was copied twice and DD6 gone - they corrected everything EXCEPT ANNA and ELSA!

I spent last half hour in tears as they told me they cannot fix this as it stands now for A&E. I did screen shot all of my FPs after making them at midnight of day 60 (stayed up with stomach flu to do so and the first I got was A&E for ALL of us).:furious:

I was instructed to bring my screenshot and they made a note in my reservation - but I am to tell them AT CHECK IN and the hotel can rectify this with no issue.

I hate that I have to even think about this - all the planning making sure I got everything when I did! DD6 is the biggest A&E fan - it was her bday that was frozen themed this year....she is the reason we'll be spending so much time with the princesses beyond even DD8 and DD10.

Has anyone had such an issue and have the chance to have it rectified at front desk at check in??

Worse case scenario- if it can't be rectified at check in, maybe dad would be willing to sacrifice the meet and greet and allow DD6 to use his magic band?
 
I am sorry too. They don't check to make sure the owner of the magic band is using a particular person is using their own mb. So maybe Daddy or someone else can give dd6 their MB for Anna & Elsa.
 

I am so sorry for your frustration. There is no excuse for Disney anymore. We, the folks here on this board, represent such a small percentage of those going to Disney and yet there are so many problems with our small population. I can't even imagine how many people are actually having these issues. I really don't know what to say anymore.

I was looking forward to choosing my fast passes (even if it meant playing the Disney game) but now I can't say I even care anymore. I so don't want the frustration this trip can add to my life. I'm just sick and tired of seeing this happen over and over again and guests being treated like crap.
 
Yes as soon as I told DH he would willingly bow out - as would I if need be. Of course part of the reason you spend the $$$ required to take your family to disney is to see the magic on their faces.
If it is true that the bands are not checked if they cannot add her as they say they can at check in one of us will step aside.

This trip is for them - not us, well for us in that we are excited to celebrate with them. We want a week of seeing them excited and treated like royalty - to be together with them before all of their fall sports overtake our weekends and separate which parent takes which child, etc.

It is a surprise trip DD6 doesn't remember the trip when she was 2, she is set to be the most enchanted of the group this time.

This was not my error, someone had to have made a mistake when I called to put in my room requests (as online check in wasn't going smoothly for me). I'm heartbroken that it couldn't be fixed immediately-That some phone call to someone with a system override couldn't be made. I'm sad after having it all squared away that this will be on my mind until we get there.
 
Question: Do both of your DD have their own accounts? Like an email with everything tied to it and then linked to your account? Or is it all on your account?

That really sucks, its good that the hotel can get you the pass back though. Maybe it will just show back up somehow?

The reason I asked though as I have a read a few times on here that people having multiple people on one account end up losing FP+ more than those on separate accounts (that is all speculation though). I would assume possibly because the system gets all screwed up, like doubling your DD8's FP+s...

This really sucks though take a deep breath though as it does sound like everything will work out in the end. I haven't read anything about the front desk getting your times rectified but I wouldn't doubt they have more power than anyone on the phone or in parks possibly?

Can't the front desk give you anything/anytime FP+s?
 
I'd like to think this will work out for you, but honestly I think it will come down to your DH taking one for the team (sadly).
 
I am so sorry. ((hugs)). This is my worst fear for our trip. I really hope they can work some Disney magic and get this fixed for you. pixiedust:
 
Two suggestions.

1. Explain the situation at a&e and I bet they let you in. I saw a group of 15 that 2 people didn't have fast pass for a&e and the mom begged and they let them in anyways. I think this will work for you since it is a 6 year old.

2. My son that is 6 half the time didn't even scan his fast pass (not on purpose) and no one said a word.

3. Maybe your husband can wait outside but I bet 1 or 2 will work.

I don't know if A & E fast pass will be fixed, but I do know during our stay last week, my mom was not on our FastPass for Soarin' and it was unavailable, but our front desk staff got her one when she decided to come to Epcot that day. The CMs were very, very helpful this trip. Obviously, A & E is extremely popular, but you can always hold out hope! :wizard:
 
Are you only using the App? Today I checked my FP+s on an iPad app and they were crazy, some of them just had me and my husband, some DS2 and some DS1. They were are all supposed to be all four of us. So... I logged onto the MDE website on my notebook and everything was correct, all four of us there. That app cannot be trusted! A few months back it wasn't listing tickets for my husband either, but they were there on the full website.
 
I can't believe this - everything looked fine for at least for of us now looking at it it only shows me and ONE of my DDs!!!! I don't know what to do this is insane - I am so disenchanted with the entire experience right now.
 
Ok the FP for 4 is showing online but not in my MDE app.
And they put my DD on a fast pass to enchanted tales with belle?
 
Call them back again. I recent had to add one to all of my FP+. My FIL was a late addition to the trip. I was connected to a "Internet specialist" (IT backend guy) who manually modified each FP and added my FIL in. There was only one he could not add him on, (Dwarf Mine Train), and I was given a reservation number to take to guest services for a special FP.

If they did it for me to just add a person, I can't believe they wont fix it for you.
 
So they actually gave you a reservation number to get that FP? I'm going to call back then, why could I not get one is right?!

Well I called back and they told me there again was nothing in terms of a confirmation number or anything to give me - my best bet is showing up with the picture I took of my computer screen the night I booked my FPs and show them that I had a FP for 5 of us at that exact time that i now have only 4. They have also noted my reservation and if they have any questions they are to call the IT help line which will share the note with them on my situation.

What a day - everything went too smoothly for me when it came to booking my FPs - I really think the error was made when I called to add my room location requests. Someone somehow doubled up my DD8 and eliminated DD6 which voided all of her FPs. The only FP I even really care about was A&E of course. They added her in for Mine Train but our window of time is narrowed because they couldn't get her back at the exact time - not a big deal.

It truly boggles my mind that they can't somehow connect me with the front desk of the resort now and correct the issue now.
