Sailing soon. Been trying to go on line and check Palo availablity. Can't even check most of the time because the site is wonky. Anyone else having problems?

Oh, y'all are not alone in your frustration. Inaugural cruise to Australia's booking window opens in less than 2 weeks for Pearl/Concierge, and just over 2 weeks out for Platinum, and DCL hasn't listed ANY possible port adventures, and has a wrong port listed on one part of the website. No post-cruise hotel info (DCL-recommended hotels). Last word from shoreside was "we don't have a timeline when PAs will be listed."

For once, some of those issues may not be an IT Dept problem. Whoever is doing contracts for excursions may be having problems - and those might come from the vendors. Disney may be having to work on establishing the connections to suppliers who work with other cruise lines, who might have priority.

I am not an apologist for Disney nor IT departments. And, yes, they should communicate better - which they are not for doing. More like *cricket chirps* we aren’t even going to say anything.

Their style of operation has not made the leaps forward that seem appropriate for a company Celebrating 25 years in operation. I’m guessing it’s because there are few people in positions of authority who have been there 25 years or know the workings of lots of little parts. Those you interact with are taught their area of operations.

Sorry to have used your thread as a soapbox. (I have been dealing with Apple and have run into problems that steam from this developing problem in industry. Om and Pop knew their business, because they were the handyman, accountant, stock boy...)

In the end, most of us have great experiences on our cruisers. We get great shore excursions, whether through Disney or outside vendors (Have you checked out options for your ports)? A lot of frustration can come in the allowing someone else to be in charge of a significant (and costly) event.

We hear you and hope things straighten out soon. Good luck.
