Dcl Vr ?????

Hi
Just off the phone with fairytale wedding about a vr on DCl ( poosibly nov 09)
Either I didn't get it right or the very young ( or she seems young ) lady on the phone didn't understand my Questions . ..
I wan't to know what's the very first step do I book the cruise while I,ll be cruising next feb than add the package ( vr ) ?
Or do I book the vr package then add the cruise ?
If I need to book the vr package now in order to get my date then how much is the deposit to do so ??
The lady said someone would call by tomorrow but I tought some of you might know these informations so I would have an idea .

You book the cruise, then add the VR package. There's no deposit required for the VR - your cruise deposit covers all your bases. Then the price of the VR is added to your cruise.

ETA: You might wanna talk to whoever calls you back before you book your cruise, just to make sure you can get the ceremony location you want on the sailing dates you want.

ARe you planning on doing a 3, 4 or 7 night cruise? What day during the cruise are you thinking of doing your VR?

I just received the phone call from Cathy and I'm doing a 4 day cruise and they ( dcl ) do the VR on the nassau day she told me and either 430pm -500pm .
Now have to wait till oct-nov to book the cruise ( I'm thinking of nov09 ) so I have to book 12 months ahead.
Cannot wait

I would book the cruise now to lock in your rate..then in Nov, call to add the package

Discounts are much better 12mths before the cruise..

VR are done at 4:30 and 5:30 in nassau..we just got back from ours...any other questions i will try to help you out..maybe over on the other thread since I tried to make that a central location for DCL VR brides..there are few of us!!

The only reason I'm waiting maybe a week or two for booking is that DH is still not sure of doin it on the 4 daycruise as oppose to the 7 day cruise but as soon as we decide for sure I'll book the one we decide upon .
A question do you know on wich day the VR are done on the 7 day cruise ?

I can answer that.....Just did it in January....they are on the Sea days. We did ours on the Thurs at sea (wanted to be tan) and although they usually hold the Cast-a-way Cay for actual weddings, I think you can request it, and possibly get it, but you pay alot more for it.

On my TR I posted lots of info.
