Dcl Vr..after Vr Palo Dinner Help!!

So..this is the best place to ask this!

We are having a VR on the Disney Cruise with friends that we cruised and vacationed with before..
I am getting the back room of PALO to have the wedding dinner in and I am paying for their dinner ($15pp charge) but can not afford to pay for drinks for 12 people...how do I put this to them
2 couples are in the Walt and Roy suite, and we are very close, so I don't have to tell them..just the other 6 or so people..
Any advice on wording this?

We did our VR on the Wonder 2 years ago. There were 9 of us all together. Our reception was also in Palo's private room. You can talk to your onboard coordinator ahead of time and he/she (we had Rodriqo) can put on the invititations, that will be delivered to the staterooms the day before the ceremony, that alcohol purchases will be charged to your own room. They have a great way of wording it.
