DCL transfer question

I have transfers booked with my cruise, but my question is..Would the DCL bus take me from the port to one of the All Star Resorts instead of the airport? I am thinking of staying a day or two more after our cruise. I know they transport back to the resorts, but didnt know if they will to the value ones or if it has to be to a moderate or higher resort. Thanks for any help in advance!!!
