DCL Summer 2017 Megathread - Itineraries are out!

Where are some of you going to get your port schedules? I found cruiseTT, but it's not updated very well (doesn't show the Wonder in San Diego in May 2017, for example).

Also, Are any DCL reservation cast members reviewing this thread?
I believe there are some people who go directly to the port schedules (just google XX port schedule) and searching.

Port schedules typically only come out about a year to (maybe) 2 years out (rare).

For checking who's going to be in port (for already scheduled cruises) I use:
http://www.cruisetimetables.com/

I find that http://ports.cruisett.com/ is often not complete.

This is the first time I've been really paid attention to the Summer releases. I'm interested in seeing the price of the Baltic cruise.

We couldn't wait anymore and pulled the trigger on a RCCL cruise in Europe on the Indy next year. I wanted to do one more dcl cruise before my kids were too old, but I didn't want to lose out on the deal/cabins I wanted on another cruise line while waiting for disney.

Luckily, we booked Sunday because that deal was better than this weeks (for us anyway). Got 8 nights in connecting balcony staterooms for 5 ppl on the norway/denmark cruise (norwegian escapes) for @$7K. Mom and Dad will get their own cabin (privacy will be nice) and our HS/college kids will all get their own (real) bed. Plus the balconies and two bathrooms.

I have a feeling I won't see another Disney ship until I have grandkids with me.

we planned on doing a DCL adventure when our second DGD was six (as we did for the first DGD)...so, in a way, we have been planning this trip for over 5 years now. I was an occasional visitor here after trip one for about 3 years. I changed my trip countdown to reflect a 2 year countdown and began my re-education on DCL. NOW, finally, we are ready to book....aaaaaaaaaaand, pfffffft!
good things come to those who wait.
and, i can only hope, wait. and wait. and wait.

now its Tuesday and NUTHIN'!

So, if I'm interested in a specific cruise, should I watch the historically most visited port on that itinerary?

Sorry, but I just put a hold on a CCL cruise for next June. Disney has done more and more to lose my loyalty, both on land and at sea.

Which I completely understand. But Disney has the leverage here. If they're not ready to release, they're not ready to release. The first possible sailing is over 13 months away. They've got time. Some people will inevitably move on (for a multitude of reasons), which is totally their choice. But my point is that there will always be someone else to take that spot. People have been saying for years that "Disney will lose customers if this..." and "Disney will learn that they can only push their customers so far if that...". It never happens. Attendance is up. People still book Disney.
