DCL Questions

I booked my cruise thru Disney and then transferred the balance to AAA to get the free drink mugs. We are going to be on the July 6th Western Caribbean Cruise. I just joined the DCL and how do I get this on ship credit your all talking about. Do I have to call them to request this or am I not entitled to it. I received my packet but i didn't notice any information on what you are all discussing.

If you are a first-time DCL cruiser you might be entitled to the shipboard credit. I would have your TA call Disney and find out. There is also another thread about the credit. I think it is titled "forget the postcard, just ask for $50.
