DCL-pier pick up tickets

hi all,i booked my upcoming cruise through dreams unlimited.they said that i would have to pick up my tickets/documents at the port as i am from the uk.has anyone had to do the same and did you have any problems.thanks in advance.lifer

We picked up our tickets/docs at the terminal since we booked the cruise two weeks before our cruise. No problems. We stayed the night before at the Hyatt. Picked up our luggage tags from the DCL rep Saturday morning and our names were on the transfer list so no problems there either.

You'll just have to spend a little time completing the docs.
