DCL Oceaneers Club and bathroom assistance?

I'm close to booking a cruise this fall, and a big decision factor is the comments I've read of the kids club being accomodating to kids with special needs. My DD - 7 has multiple disabilities, including motor planning issues (she does walk), and is non-verbal. She is a total sweetheart, and wants to participate, but does need help with some tasks.

I was all set to book, and then found some bits here and there on the boards that sound like the staff cannot give assistance at all in the bathroom. My DD is fully potty trained, although non-verbal, she signs when she needs to use the restroom. However, due to her motor-planning issues, she does need help pulling pants up, using toilet paper and washing hands. Does anyone have any experience with how this may be handled in the club? Would they accomodate this at all? Or would they just ask her to wait if she signs she needs to go and then page us (and hopefully we make it in time)? I guess worst case, I could put her in a pull-up, but I hate to do that to her, she only wears them now when sleeping.

Thanks for any experiences that may give insight!
