We *may* have to rethink the meet thing, the Radisson at the Port for that night is already sold out??

I do not understand what happened with my call. I got thru one minute after this at 9:35 and was on hold STILL at 10:55 one hour and 20 min. later. I gave up. Last DVC cruise was fun, but an hour and a half on hold and still not answered is out of my patience range. What I don't understand is how the above mentioned call was answered in 35 min. if they were indeed being taken in order. ???
 
Ours took over 1/2 hour when the recording said 15 mins, so it's possible. Might want to try once more, and I'd try the aforementioned 407 number.

we used the 407 number on hold for 25 then 15 or so to book it.

I got through and was done by 9:30 on the 407#. Got our first choice Cat 9 for this trip and first seating which will be the first time we have had that.

Now, I need to get my trip countdown clock working and I forget where to find that!

Help!

Angie, their phone system most be a bit messed up. I called in on the 407-566-3800 number at 8:05 CDT (after giving up on the 800 number) and got right into the member services queue, where I stayed for over 90 minutes. I saw folks post that they were getting in and were on hold less time then I was, so I also grabbed a cell phone and called in. After about a 30 to 40 minute wait on the cell I get a cast member and was able to book what I wanted.

I did send an e-mail to MS letting them know what happened to me and that calls were NOT being picked up in the order they were received and that someone should look into the problem. I hope you eventually can get in.

I went in to my profile and just changed the script to the new dates and new caption before I got your message. Its working fine.

Yeah we are going!!!!Got through around 11 spoke with MS around 11.30 using the 800 # Got all our first choices, Cat 11 late seating. Now my kids tell me they want to go well aleast 2 out of the 3. School will not have started for either of them yet but the middle one will be at school for foot ball already. Will have to see if the middle one will mind big time their going and not him then I will have to call MS and see what it will take for them to be added to our room. But hey we are going with or without them.
They are all adults 18-20-23 so I am not to worried about it. Plus we are suprising them at Christmas with a January cruise.

The cruise is 100% sold out. Hopefully someone will cancel.

I think if you are on a wait list it still may be hopeful, especially as it sounds as if you are on the list early. Just keep your options open.
