We still have a one day park pass to use from our recent stay at DLR, we are going to return to DCA and could go Thurs - Sunday when do you think would be best for crowds with the Labor Day Weekend coming into play ??? Thanks..

It's also a run Disney event weekend. I suggest either Thursday or Saturday. On Saturday, most AP holders are blocked out.

Thurs. Most passes are blocked on Sat and Sun, but many runners are on tickets anyway.

Just FYI, the parks were dead yesterday (I assume from the heat). It was nice (aside from the 100 degree temps).

I was at the park today and it was dead over at DL, at DCA it wasn't as dead as there were more guests, but wait times were quite moderate.

We almost exclusively stick to DCA when it's hot - DL doesn't have anything that compares to the splash pad or Animation building! I wonder if other people have the same plan...

However, most attractions at DCA are outdoors while they are mostly indoors at DL. Plus there's more shaded spots and air conditioned buildings at DL.

I was at DL yesterday and did the Walk in Walt's Footsteps tour. Afterwards, almost every ride we went on had a 5 minute or less wait. There weren't waits for any of the food stands. I never did make it over to DCA. It was just way too awesome to have such short waits for everything in DL. Plus, it was never hard to find a shady spot. The heat and back to school season really kept people away. I'd do a weekday for sure.

I was checking the app yesterday and couldn't beleive the times, even PP was short!
