DCA Segway tour?

Hi all! I am heading to DL in February, and was thinking about going on a tour, however the only one that really interests me is the Segway tour at DCA. I checked the DL website, but it isn't listed, and I can't seem to find any info anywhere! Does anyone here know if it has been cancelled, or maybe isn't offered during the winter months? Thanks!

They have not offered this tour for quite a while (more than a year at least) because of the heavy construction in DCA. No clue if it will resume after construction is complete or not.
