DCA redo plans WOW

I was watching the parade and they talked about all of the things going on at DCA, this includes the World of Color to open this year. So I started digging into this more they are investing over a billion dollars.
phase 1 TSM-open
Phase 2 World of Color spring of 2010
Phase 3 complete re redo of the front plasa with trolly cars Late 2010-2011
Phase 4 the 100million dollar Voyage of the little mermaid 2011. I know WDW is to recive this as well, when it was announced was like oh well, but digging around on the internet and found a interview with a imagineer said this ride will have techonogy that you only dream about.

Phase 5 the 200 plus million dollar Cars ride, to open 2012 This is suppose to be the most expensive single attraction in theme park history 2x the cost of EE and it will take up 2x the amount of space It is suppose to use the Test Track cars.

I am thinking about making a trip out west in 2012!
