Dca on halloween party nights

I'm going to be in disneyland on 9-26, monday and that is when disneyland closes at 6, How crowded is dca after disneyland closes. I want to do the woc desert party either that night or on teh 26th, which do du think would be better?

im also wondering. we fly in halloween day and if we are feeling up to it i want to spend a few hours at DCA

My experience my not be typical - but when I hopped over to DCA on a party night during our trip last year it was the most crowded I'd ever seen DCA, even rides like Little Mermaid had a 30 minute wait! A couple of caveats though, it was a Friday and it was also the first day of Gay Days weekend so there were higher crowds all day in general.

On a Monday party night you might notice DCA is busier than usual but I don't know if it'd be *packed* like I experienced last year. I do think a WoC dinner party is a good idea for that night though if you're planning to do it anyways!

If there's a party at DL, you can expect all those people who don't have Halloween tickets to head over to DCA. It will be very busy, no doubt. And even though I really want to see the parks and their decorations during this time, this one problem is the reason I'll probably never be there during October.

Ditto to the above. Always very crowded at DCA. One reason why we now HATE going in October. Cool decorations, wish we were able to plan better to not go when there was Halloween party. (First-world problems, for sure.)

Worst part is the ENTRANCE line to get into DCA. We made the mistake once of getting stuck in Fantasyland as they were changing over at 7pm for the party. Trying to get out of DL and into DCA took almost 45 minutes-1 hour, vs. the usually maybe 10 minutes to get from where we were to the DCA gates walking normal pace.
