DCA FASTPASS Wait Times?

Hi everyone,
We are planning our second trip to DCA next month and are hoping for some help! Thanks in advance!

I was wondering if anyone could tell me the wait time for rides once you have a fast pass or max pass and show up at the ride gate. Once your ticket gets scanned, how long until you get on the ride?

The rides I am hoping to get the answer for are:
Soarin’
ToyStory Mania
RRS

It can vary. I have not done TSMM since they added FP so can't say there.

RSR is usually 5-10 minutes unless the ride has been down a lot that day and people are returning late.

Soarin is more like 10-15 minutes.

In our experience:

Soarin': 15 minutes--sometimes 10, but sometimes 20. But usually 15-ish.
Toy Story Mania: 10 minutes or so.
Radiator Springs Racers: 10-ish minutes... However, this ride breaks down a lot, as Hydroguy mentioned above. When it breaks down, you can come back later with your Fast Pass, and they will let you in, so it can get backed up if it's gone down a few times.

Like people mentioned it really varies. If everything is going well without ride breakdowns, it ranges from walk on-10 minutes. The longest wait I had was today using a Soarin Fastpass..took me 30 minutes because one theater broke down so it backed the fastpass line up, and doubled the stand by line time.

I dislike waiting for Soarin. I have never got on in less than 15 min and I've ridden it right after opening and with FP.

Toy story with FP is pretty quick, 5 to 10 min. RSR varies as some said but is usually less than 10 min and rarely more than 15. The line for RSR backs up at the scanners, but once you get in you go pretty far into the queue.
