DCA entrance time for non-hotel guests

What time will they let us through the gates of DCA on a Sunday? The park opens at 8, with early entrance at 7. We won't be staying at a Disney hotel. I'm hoping to get through the gates as early as possible to make our first Max Pass ride reservation.

7:30ish. You'll just be behind the roped off areas while those with EMH are using the park.

Right at 7, there is no rope drop for EE.

One caveat: lines at the GC DCA entrance sometimes get long (i.e., slow) early in the morning because of the security screening. Sometimes it might be quicker to enter from the front of the park, depending on which part of the park your’e going to.
