If you book room only with DC discount via a travel agent,can you9or th etravel agent) use discount codes later on?

I just did that a few months ago. I booked CBR for 1 night in December with DC discount in May. When the codes came out, I called and they cancelled the reservation and switched it to the code rate. Then when CBR closed, I switched to BWI with an AP rate.

It can be changed but if you book it through a travel agent, only the travel agent will be able to cancel, change or modify it. You will not be able to change it directly with Disney yourself.
