Patch (Steve) and Kayla are returning!! Yay! I really liked them back in the day! They are the original actors too, Stephen Nichols and Mary Beth Evans. I hope this will breathe new life in Days.

They are scheduled to start airing in late May or early June. I wonder what the reason for their return will be? hummmm....

I am also curious as to how they will bring back the characters again.
Will they be Kayla and Patch, or will they be some new Salemites?

Wow I'm so excited about Patch and Kayla - they are my all time favorite Days couple. I wonder if they will bring Eve back too to interfere with Frankie and Jen again.

I so hope this helps the story lines and doesn't ruin the memory of great characters.

Jack is to come back in need of a bone marrow. A person from the past will be the donor. I'm thinking Steve or Zack.

Steve and Jack are brothers so that would make sense... not that it needs to make sense on a soap

Maybe Mary Beth Evans and Stephen Nichols need jobs and they signed back on. I wonder who is leaving-Days has way to many contract players. Doesn't Marlena take the whole summer off, so maybe they will resolve that whole stupid Marlena/Alex/John story line and it will be on the back burner till fall, (yawn-that story line is so over the top and boring).

Never thought she was.... just that with adding more big name actors, someone would probably be leaving. Melissa Reeves is giving the reason for her leaving is to follow her husband to Nashville (I think) to follow his Country Music career.

UGHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!! I just have to complain about Mimi- I usually like her but she is really bugging me. She KNOWS that it is Shawn's baby but she is such a BI- acting like the victim. She is such an idiot, she lied to Rex and lost him now she is doing the same to Shawn. And she acts like Belle is being the selfish one.

I agree, Mimi is such a pain. If she was so concerned about Belle and Shawn then she should ust tell them thr truth ad see what happens. I mean it's soap so she'll end up with a rebounding Phillip. No a bad gig for her. I also hate Bonnie! But I did like that Sami gave Belle ideas...nice plot.

don't necessarily waste your time, keep your finger on the FF button....you just about read it all here....it is so boring recently....giant YAWN fest right now.........

Bring on Patch and Kayla.... PLEASE though, no LAME story lines....PLEASE..........I never bought into the Mimi/Shawn union...I know others here liked them together, but I never really did...I'm into the "first loves" thing..... so I feel he and Belle belong together..ahh...but first a little rain must fall before all is rosey in Salem.......

This show is so LAME!! Wouldn't Carrie and her crew wonder why Lexie called them to the hospital to tell them she had a lump, is she that close to them that they wouldn't think it was odd? Also, how many times can Marlena start to remember her past life and then Alex gives her another shot of lame juice.
