Saw a post on Facebook. Someone staying club level at Wilderness lodge asked for them and they received an email they don’t have them anymore at the resortsIt might help to know where you think heard this?
All WDW resorts should still be offering Bed rails on a first come first serve basis. If you want a backup solution inflatable bed rails are a good solution, and very portable.

My BIL and SIL are at Wilderness Lodge and using one right now. Though they're not staying CL, the resort definitely has them.Saw a post on Facebook. Someone staying club level at Wilderness lodge asked for them and they received an email they don’t have them anymore at the resorts
Ok great thank you!My BIL and SIL are at Wilderness Lodge and using one right now. Though they're not staying CL, the resort definitely has them.
The source of this rumor yes even with and email response from a "CM" likely was old information from the days of the bunk beds at WL and AKL.Saw a post on Facebook. Someone staying club level at Wilderness lodge asked for them and they received an email they don’t have them anymore at the resorts
The post was made yesterday they have a trip coming up. It’s possible the CM they asked was confused about that but it’s weird they would think it was in regards to the bunk beds since those have been gone a while. The source of this rumor yes even with and email response from a "CM" likely was old information from the days of the bunk beds at WL and AKL.
Both resorts stopped offering them for the bunk beds for safety reasons on the some guests using them on the top bunk when they were clearly not for that usage do the need to still climb to the top bunk.

I saw the post as well. Here’s the reply posted from the CL CM, that was posted in the group, for anyone interested …The post was made yesterday they have a trip coming up. I mentioned the bunk beds because that is the only time in the last 10 year or more that bed rails were unavailable at the WL / AKL or any resort at WDW for that matter. The post was made yesterday they have a trip coming up. Well the CM mentioned the guest's reservation. Maybe it was a DSS CM or a Reservation CM but the text does not look a standard Disney email response. Very odd indeed.I saw the post as well. Here’s the reply posted from the CM, that was posted in the group, for anyone interested
It was a Club Level CM.I mentioned the bunk beds because that is the only time in the last 10 year or more that bed rails were unavailable at the WL / AKL or any resort at WDW for that matter.
Do we have any indication who they asked via email?
Dave
Thanks haven’t seen that update. Hopefully since it’s tomorrow there should be confirmation if they are back to being available@FSU Girl there is a new post added in response to the OP…
“They are in process of changing the current model for safety purposes! They are not issuing new ones currently, and are removing the old ones from their current inventory. The new ones are estimated to be available on 9/29.”
I thought the same thing that's what prompted me to ask for more information on who at Disney the email exchange was responding @mrsap indicated it was from a CL CM which made the exchange very odd. Maybe a Signature Service CM since I am not aware that individual CL CMs respond to questions. That first screen shot sure is poorly written for Disney email standards, in my opinion. Not what you would usually see when interacting with the few Disney departments you can actually email.
Sorry I cut off bottom… you can see signature. Not sure if that helps.I thought the same thing that's what prompted me to ask for more information on who at Disney the email exchange was responding @mrsap indicated it was from a CL CM which made the exchange very odd.
