I don't know anything about blood types, but Philip and Bo have the Same Father Victor Kiriakus (sp?). So Philip is Shawn's uncle. Wouldn't they have the same blood type. Maybe Philip isn't Kate and Victor's.

Kate just keeps meddling and then accuses Sami for being a rotten person.

I wonder how long before they SORAS Zach and Lexi's sons-and one of them will be dating Clare and Kate will finally have to tell that Zach is Clare's uncle. Babies on this show go from Babies to toddlers to teenagers. Except for Will. But he should only be about 11 and they have him about 14. Abby should only be 11 too not 18.

That has been driving me crazy!! I keep thinking..."What if that baby needs a blood transfusion!?!?" I know it's just a soap, but it makes me crazy, lol.

I agree that it would beautiful if Sammy would catch her. I just loathe Kate.

Give me a break! At the same time, I don't like the way John has handled the whole thing either. He doesn't come off as loving or supportive, just demanding. Why does he keep squinting up his face? Maybe he should try opening John's character up and letting the whole world see his vulnerability .

As I was watching one of the older shows, I noticed that John, then Roman didn't make those faces at all! I then remembered how I thought he was handsome when he first came to the show. Wish he'd go back to those ways.

I miss some of the happy/humourous moments of "Days" gone by! I'm soooo tired of all the whining and complaining and sadness of recent days. There needs to be more balance.

Anybody remember the hijinks of Eugene? DAYS needs to bring back the comedy. These storylines are just so dull. I say go back to the supercouples and comedians. It's what made DAYS so fun to watch. Not the stupid stories like demon possessed Marlena and now, hysterical amnesia Marlena.

Yes, that's her name!!! I was racking my brain to remember her name, I could see her face. She and Eugene, and Calliope's interactions with Dr. Horton were always fun! Even Mrs. Horton had her moments with comedy. That is DAY'S problem. No comedy to lighten the terrible storylines.

The reason Kate hates Sami is because Sami is just like her. There's only enough room in the world for one Kate right? And of course, Kate's kids deserve better spouse's than the one their mother turned out to be.

I have been a avid Day's fan since before I was born (if you believe my mother) - some 36 years or so.

Anyway my take on this whole story line is this:

"Alex" is really the REAL Roman Brady

"Roman" is really Chris Kosicheck whom Stephano brain washed into believing he was Roman

"John" is whomever he is this week (last time I checked he was really a Alimaine)

And Marlena's first husband, Don Craig, is over on GH. Or wait, is he now her second husband? And her stepdaughter, Donna Craig, is back over on Y&R after heading over to B&B.

DOOL has been SORASing characters since back in the 60's when I started watching. I remember thinking in about 19972 that Dr Horton (Tom Sr) should have been a great-great-great grandfather, and he was still practicing medicine.

Only temporary since she is Donna Craig's mother or stepmother on Y&R. I mean Lauren .

When you don't watch soap stories for a long time and then you watch a show, you aren't into the story yet, but you really see how great or how rotten an acting job someone is doing. When Soapnet was showing Bo and Hope the best of Calliope was on and you could sense her intelligence, playing a wacko character.

To give the writers a chance to expose that she is Shawn's child. Actually, they haven't diagnosed her yet. She was fine one minute and running a high fever the next. Anyone put off that they haven't even shown a real baby yet? I also find it humorous that Kate is doing the exact same thing Sami has done...getting into "confidential" information using the hospital pc and picking up the chart that just happened to be lying around
In the real world, paper charts are no longer used at hospitals, everything is electronic. The next thing you know, Kate will pull a Sami and change the paternity in the hospital computer!

My theory is the baby has a RH factor problem but Kate will change the blood type, Phillip will donate the blood and it will almost kill the baby so they will retype her and discover that the blood types were changed Kate will be charged with attempted murder and be left with no children that will have anything to do with her. Mimi will be the one that tells Shawn that she thinks it's his child and reminds him about being brought to the hospital naked with Belle from the burning barn.
