OMG - I just read this -

Wayne Northrop (the original Roman Brady) is set to return to Days on August 1st playing a character named Alex North.

does that mean that Roman isn't Roman and now Marlena is going to be totally confused and in love with THREE men?!?!?

That would be just too wierd! If that happens than will "now Roman" be Chris again?????

I remember when Frankie and Jen were an item. I used to think Frankie (Billy Warlock) was so cute. I loved watching the old footage today too. That just seems like forever ago.

I was watching with my 13 yr old DD yesterday (ever try explaining who is who when they bring old characters back?? ), When they showed the old footage, her reaction was priceless: "What DID they do to her hair??!! " I don't think she can appreciate the hairstyles of the 80's!!

yes, its the original Frankie. I was nice seeing the flashbacks today when Jennifer and Frankie were younger.

I loved the flashbacks as well. For once, it was a welcome flashback!! I get so sick of the daily flashbacks to yesterday. Anyhooo..... I loved the whole Frankie and Jennifer thing and I really hope they get something going again. Does anyone know if the actor who plays Jack is leaving? For once, I'm excited to watch Days again!!

Ok, I watched the show when I was little, which was in the 80's. I don't remember who Frankie is. Can someone enlighten me? Who's kid is he and whatnot? Also who is Max? His kid?

I hope they show more flashbacks. I want to see a younger Jen. How old is she supposed to be anyway? She looks like she is in her early 30's at the most.

Who said Chloe is leaving the show? Didn't she just come back?

Frankie and Max are "brothers" but I don't think they are natural brothers, I believe they just grew up together in foster care or whatever. At one point Shawn and Caroline Brady adopted them, hence the the Brady last name.

Jen is probably mid to late 30's.

My 18 year old son sat down by me yesterday and asked a few questions. During the Frankie and Jenn scenes he was so confused. He got to asking me about the sisters. Finally I realized he who he was talking about and explained that Jenn was her MOTHER not her SISTER. And he was like "No way!" Obviously he doesn't understand the way they age one character and not another. It is kind of funny. Jenn would actually be much older if she had an 18 year old daughter or she'd have started her family when she was just out of high school.

I remember Frankie and Max. Glad they brought them back. I hate it when they bring back an actor as someone new. Very confusing.

So does anyone know if Jack is leaving? Or is he going to die and be someone new the following week, too?

I'm hoping Belle will have the sense to leave Phillip. I guessing she will feel honor bound to stick it out in a loveless marriage because he's injured. Stupid!

And enough of the Chloe/Brady/Nicole triangle. If Chloe leaves I hope it's with Brady. I don't hate Nicole, but I loved Chloe and Brady together.

Did you notice how Frankie looks EXACTLY the same? He hasn't changed. I don't remember Max eithier--can someone refresh my memory? I don't like that the real Roman is coming back as someone else. It is starting to confuse me.

I'm so happy Frankie is back Next to Patch & Kayla, they were my favorite story line.

So this is how I see it going with the story line.......

Jack "dies" Jenn gets back together with Frankie and then Jack comes back to life again and sets up the story for yet another love triangle! *yawn*

You are so welcome, I enjoyed reading it too, I was fuzzy on the character Max, that is why I set out to try and read some of the "family tree"...and like you, reading through that stuff sure brought back a lot of story lines I had sort of forgotten.

I do remember Carly- liked that story a whole lot better than this new one with Billie and you are right, seems like it used to be much better. I work everyday so now I usually TiVo it on Friday's and catch up on everything else from Dustin's page and threads like this one. Still can't stop cold turkey though!

YES he found Cloe. He let Nicole have it. He told her to get out of her life, etc. He hasn't actually "seen" Cloe yet she was standing with her back to him in the black cape. I think Monday's show will be a good one.

Have they officially said what Jack is dying from?
