Looking for reviews on the Days Hotel Buffalo Airport. We currently have a reservation for Staybridge Suites for park and fly but found a good price at Days Hotel. Tripadvisor ratings for Days aren't wonderful

Thank you

We have stayed at the Days Inn. It is a typical Days Inn - nothing fancy. It is a great location though - just across the street from the airport.

We prefer the Holiday Inn just down the street from the airport.

We really liked it. Clean. Good Price. They gave us connecting rooms- nice early breakfast. Canadian Board has lots of info on the various Buffalo hotels too. We were going to stay at the Day's Hotel for this year again too with the Duty Free.ca (http://www.dutyfree.ca/DaysHotelFlying.aspx) pricing but ended up with the Salvatores Garden Inn which we really like for the same price ($99) included parking for 2 weeks....we have a later flight this time so Salvatore's works- their shuttle runs 6 am to midnight- Day's Inn is 24 hr shuttle to airport.

We normally fly from SYR, but flew from Buffalo at Christmas 2012. On that trip, we used the Days Inn Buffalo Airport for our park and fly hotel. We were more than pleased and would return in a heartbeat.

The property (rooms and common areas) were clean, clean, clean. Staff were friendly and accommodating and went out of their way to go the extra mile (bringing the little ones at breakfast colour books and crayons to keep them busy on their flight, etc.). Breakfast began super early so even those with an ungodly early flight (like us!) could grab something to eat before we left for the airport. Breakfast had a few nice surprises too, like french toast and hard boiled eggs. We expected nothing more than a muffin or bagel and coffee.

The pool and hot tub are both large and well kept. There is a great restaurant onsite that we really enjoyed (decent prices and the food was surprisingly good).

The shuttle was new, clean, and prompt. The drivers were great too....nice fellows. Location is excellent, only about 2 minutes from the front door of the airport.

And......I've saved the best for last. There's a Tim Hortons RIGHT NEXT DOOR :woohoo: to the hotel. Need I say more? :rotfl:
