Days/crowd levels; help me decide!

Two possible plans:
Do MK on a Sunday with a crowd level of 6 and then AK on Tuesday with a crowd level of 3…
OR…

Do AK on a Sunday with a crowd level of 6 and MK on Tuesday with a crowd level of 5?

If it makes any difference, this is in October, over Columbus day weekend (Columbus Day is on Monday and we'll go to HS because it has a crowd level of 5 and is open until 9pm for EMH). DARNED DISNEY for changing its evening EMH schedule.. I had this all worked out!

I would take he lower crowd level at MK over a low crowd level at AK.

There is so much to do at MK..high crowds mean a LOT of time on lines. AKs many shows can better absorb higher crowds.

I know; that's a drag, but sometimes you have to give things up to get other things. I wish we could go to MK on Saturday, but it's our arrival day. We have to be at the airport at 5am, and I just think we'll run out of steam before midnight on Sunday, and then we'll be exhausted for the rest of our stay.

I just can't decide which will be worse on Sunday of Columbus Day weekend: MK with a crowd level of 6, on the day after being open until midnight and the day before MNSSHP, or AK with a crowd level of 6, and being the early MH park that day- opens at 8 (but we never make rope drop).

This. MK on tue/wed is great! Also on Fri on party nights.

I would opt not to visit MK on the weekends... you will get more local crowds as well. ESPECIALLY if there was a party on Saturday, people who are ending their vacations will pick Sunday to go because they want more time in the park.

Also, I would think people are starting & ending their vacations on the weekends and many like to start with the MK or go there in the end for one last taste...

I would 100% aim MK for Tuesday.

Over ANY federal holiday weekend do not believe any predictions below a 5 for any park on any day. YMMV.....

ESPECIALLY if there was a party on Saturday, people who are ending their vacations will pick Sunday to go because they want more time in the park.

There's never a party on Saturdays though, except possibly on October 31 if it falls on a Saturday.
