I'm working the midnight shift so instead of losing an hour of sleep, I get an hour less in the shift and full pay. They get it back in six months, though.

I didn't know that! I thought the entire United States changes their clocks. What states do this, then?

Arizona doesn't do it either.

Indiana ( most counties) , Arizona and Hawaii are the only states that don't change their clocks. I live in Indiana and like not changing time. Each year, the legislatures in Indiana have a debate about daylight savings time, some for it and more against it.
