Are there tours/rides available to get from a Disney resort to both SeaWorld and Busch Gardens? Would like to visit both these while staying at WDW, but renting a car is NOT an option for us - we need to be taken and picked up.

Busch Gardens Tampa has a shuttle bus that connects Orlando with Busch Gardens. I think that I read it somewhere. You might want to call Busch Gardens and ask.

Try http://www.mearstransportation.com/ Mears provides shuttle, limo and taxi service to most of the theme parks, check to see if they go out there.

Also, I know that SeaWorld used to have a shuttle to Busch Gardens. You might want to call them to see if they still do.

We just got back from our trip last week, had split our stay between Clearwater Beach and Orlando so it was a perfect choice to do Busch Gardens (We did have a car though). Just want to say what a beautiful park Busch Gardens is, I am so glad we had done that park, absolutely beautiful, really worth the trip. :thumbsup2

We bought season passes this year to both to really get to know the park and we loved it. We were there in Feb. and will heading down in late Sept. early Oct. I personally think the park does a much better job then AK. Sorry just my oppinion. Rhino Rally is a must and also the Katonga show it was beautiful.
SW to me was a disappointment because they were doing a new Shamu show and the one they showed was so lame. I have heard the new show is fab. We all can not wait. SW was clean and my children had a wonderful time. Journey to Atlantis was also closed but thats what you get when you travel off season. I am excited to get back after the summer to see it all again and to see the new Shamu show.

I share your dirty secret. ;) AK is just a bit too claustrophobic to me, and really doesn't have much of a "wow" factor. On the other hand, we live less than an hour from Busch Gardens so we have annual passes. My kids (DDs 6 and 3) never get tired of Busch Gardens, which has a nice mix of activities for small children to go along with the animals and thrill rides. Speaking of which, if you're either a zoo or a coaster nut, Busch Gardens is a must.

Thanks for the replies! I, too, was disappointed in AK - not enough animals!! So Busch Gardens looks ideal, and I want to see Sea World too...but I want to stay at Disney. I'll look into Mears...thanks!
