Day After Christmas Strategy

I will be in Orlando with my DD17 for a soccer showcase after Christmas. We have one day to spend at Disney, Dec 26 and I am purchasing a one day ticket with park hoppers, staying off site. Here is the plan I have come up with: Get to MK at opening and ride a few things stand by. Head over to HS in the afternoon and use FP+ for TSMM and TT, ride RR using single rider line. Go back to MK that evening and ride/see whatever else we decide to and watch the fireworks. Is this doable? My biggest question is can I purchase single day MK ticket with park hoppers and book my FP+ for HS or do I have to book my FP+ for MK?

If you buy a single-day PH ticket, then you can make 3 FP at any one park (they all have to be at the same park).
